December 21th

Almost all of the buildings here are barricaded, though Pask NT is ruined, as are almost all darkened buildings due to the difficulty of repair and lack of generators. Survivors and zombies are quite scarce. Hardly "very dangerous". --Shank Case 21:59, 21 December 2009 (UTC)

The Battle for Dakerstown is over, only FUACK remains scrambling through its zombie infested ruins. Extinction troops have been sighted crossing the eastern and southern borders following the spreading infection. All current and prospective residents are advised the town is now under emergency quarantine with the nearest safe haven in Judgewood. --Zeug 05:02, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

October 8th

Fighting still rages around the Swearse PD and Bartholomews Hospital in the ruined town center as Extinction maintains its offensive against the tenacious Dakerstown defenders. Meanwhile FUACK has retreated to its Ansgar Hospital base in the north east sector of town although reports coming in would indicate that all the town's main tactical resource points are currently ruined including the Pask NT. While Zombie coordination is still growing it remains to be seen whether Dakerstown can hold on and prevent a return of the Extinction Zone! --Zeug 08:53, 8 October 2009 (BST)

Fighting has broken out in central Dakerstown with both Swearse PD and Bartholomews Hospital under attack by Extinction troops. The hospital fell again last night to the marauding undead and an unsightly massacre of the patients and staff ensued. NecroWatch reported from the Pask Building today. Scans showed 70 zombies within scanning range. Of these, 6 were at a warehouse near the Pask facility itself, 5 were at a junkyard adjacent to the Pask, 5 were at Club Gayler in Jensentown, 4 were at the Frauley Building in Roywood, 4 were at a junkyard at the center of Dakerstown, 3 were at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, 3 were at Murtaugh Towers in Roywood, 3 were at Gazzard Avenue School in Roywood. All others were single or in pairs, maintaining ruined building throughout the area. Overall, the suburb is ruined with small band of roving zombies maintaining it. ~ extropymine Talk | NW | 4Corners 16:43, 18 April 2009 (BST)

An Extinction clean up crew has been undoing the minor repair work conducted in the area since the Big Prick's arrival. The St. Bart's area has been cleansed of its Survivor presence and Pask NT remains a zombie fortress, now boasting three full months of ruin. Small pockets of resistance may still exist in the far north, but for the time being Dakerstown retains full membership in the Extinction Zone. Naelok 16:33, 07 December 2008 (UTC)

Dakerstown lies in near complete ruin with FUACK and the Urban Guerillas valiantly holding out in the junkyard next to Doyne Hotel as the remaining free runs in the NE of town crumble into ruin. Dakerstown's residents, apparently abandoned to their fate by the retreating Beerhah squads that are rumoured to have fled the carnage into southern Roywood, are advised that Extinction now controls the suburb until further notice. Those wishing to cast absentee votes for the US Federal Election should make their way to the Extinction Booths at Ansgars and Barts Hospital or Pask NT. Please note due to the high security alert level Extinction will be conducting invasive body cavity searches of all prospective voters. VOTE NOW!! October 30th

Ruin is spreading out from the Zombie occupied Pask NT across southern Dakerstown as Extinction Troops and their feral friends embark on a ruin rampage. Swearse PD and Barts Hospital have been destroyed with desperate survivors holding up in the Factory next door, the last powered building in the town centre. The town's defences have been shattered and all residents are advised to take emergency quarantine precautions.--Zeug 02:36, 30 October 2008 (UTC)

October 29th

After a three week siege building up a coordinated Horde of around 60 Zombies outside Pask NT Extinction has finally overwhelmed the 40 strong Beerhah contingent inside in a free for all massacre leaving fair Dakerstown open and vulnerable. The Beerhah remnants have retreated to nearby Roywood Pilling NT in order to regroup while Barts Hospital and the Swearse HQ in the town center remains ruined. All current residents are advised to rally to the TRP's and maintain barricades as the Battle for Dakerstown has now entered a new and dangerous phase.--Zeug 01:42, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

October 27th

The situation at Pask is much the same as it has been, more zombies slowly add to the horde gathering out the front while the defenders inside have so far managed to keep the building mostly zombie free. The revive queue at Junkyard 6,7 is running smoothly while several pinatas have sprung up around the suburb and ruination has occurred at a number of TRPs including Barts and several factorys. GKing is a major prob in Pask so power has become something of a rare commodity.--xoxo 07:10, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

October 22nd

The Pask Building continues to hold. 45 zombies now stand outside its barricades, yet the barricades have remained unbreached for over 20 hours. Several members of Extinction have changed tactic and were seen assaulting St. Bartholomew's Hospital (Dakerstown) (3,5) Desperate survivors are trying to maintain the source of medical supplies, but are being overwhelmed. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 18:32, 22 October 2008 (BST)

The Beerhah crew recently defending Shears NT in neighbouring Jensentown have taken up residence in the Pask NT alongside the local defenders FUACK with Extinction in hot pursuit and already gathering outside the NT's barricades. With the disbanding of the Eastonwood Ferals and the collapse of the NW Malton Dead Zone Extinction Zombies are returning home for the annual Dakerstown brain decavitation festival.--Zeug 10:06, 5 October 2008 (BST)

October 2nd

At least 34 zombies on the streets. 9 of the 11 Tactical Resource Points are ruined, whilst a single Police Dept. and auto repair are without power. In the remainder of the suburb, the south lies in ruins. There are signs of survivor activity in the north, but without further evidence of the extent of the activity, and with no power to any TRPs, it's still looking like a Ghost Town. --Funt Solo QT Scotland flag.JPG 17:19, 2 October 2008 (BST)

The defiant stand of FUACK, as well as a handful of unaligned survivors, has once more resulted in nothing but dead survivors (just like all such other stands for close to one year). Zombies have completed removal of the last barricades and all locations are once more in ruins or (in the case of junkyards) lacking barricades. With Pask NT in zombie hands for a long time, and the NT's in neighboring areas also overrun, even the hardiest of dead brains have given up waiting for revives and have left the area, heading to greener areas to the East and South. --Wke235 12:28, 19 June 2008 (BST)

The whole suburb is in shambles, The only thing left to do for dakerstown is to evacuate immediatly It is the only option left. Please any survivors that are reading this page and are in the suburb please evacuate and pull back the zeds of Extinction run this suburb now it is totally and utterly in dissaray it only has a few buildings that are not open and cleaned of survivors but in a matter of days I believe they will own the whole suburb it is a complete mess down there I took out a couple zeds but only to get into a safehouse and have it overrun by 35 zeds they drug me out on the street and killed the 10 survivors that were left inside with me. SO please get out now if you still can it is dead down there but we might have dakerstown back one day...The dakerstown militia will do all it can but i fear that will not be enough since our numbers are very dwindled. --Barney Hellfax 12:43, 13 June 2008 (BST)

Chances of waking up zombified do indeed increase when they're 0 to start. Members of extinction are still active in the suburb. Some of them have become humans and are trying to PK members of FUACK. Extinction Squads on a Spring hunting trip in the ruined wilds of Dakerstown flushed out and bagged two prime DEM specimens today, ceremoniously feeding the brains to their younger hunters and sharing the entrails with the local ferals. The corpses were then cleaned, dried and stuffed with aromatic herbs ready for display in the foyer of the Pask Hunting Lodge. The Extinction Hunt Master reports a good number of feral zombies in especially the southern half of town but no sign, droppings or otherwise, of the local FUACK game which are thought to have perhaps migrated south for their mating season. --Zeug 11:43, 16 April 2008 (BST)

Palprey PD mercilessly ruined after zergers were discovered to be hiding within. All of the survivors inside were eaten and the building was ruined. March 27th

Numbers "near" Pask building do not count towards a suburb status unless they are in the suburb. And with a scout around the suburb all Polices departments and hospitals are powered and caded. Status is still Dangerous until you provide evidence of a 150+ mob. --Spencer J 07:07, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

March 26th

No ruined buildings and almost all resource buildings are powered with no break ins. The Pask Building is under contest by a small horde containing Extinctions leader DrBrainz and members of The Dead. On the human side the beerhah! coalition of The Dribbling Beavers, Aardwolf Rangers, FUACK, Urban Guerillas, and The Crimson Clan continue to set up speedy revive points and safe houses. Over barricading has become a problem with those not following the standard barricading policy.--Spencer J 06:32, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

Pask NT Update: The town's only revive factory was ripped apart by a force of 60 zombies from The Dead and Extinction today with desperate survivors barricading themselves into the Tolley Library next door. All new and old residents of Dakerstown, Malton's number one "Extinction Zone" suburb, are advised to keep alert and very mobile in front of these advance mobs of highly coordinated zombies and the ferals following their feeding groans up from the now devastated Judgewood. --Zeug 16:24, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

Pask NT is in ruins (well occupied by zombies), Tolly Library has been opened and already four of the survivors huddling in fear inside have been killed. Total zombies in Pask NT, and in locations near to Pask NT is close to 100. With the NT gone and beyond the survivors ability to retake, syringe supplies are quickly dwindling as survivor after survivor dies. Several zombies have taken to patroling the revive site(s) and are actively biting any other zombies they see to insure any survivors if revived do so infected. Zombie groups have been sighted moving to the hospitals in the zones, so medical supplies will also soon be limited. --Wke235 17:37, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

The most recent wave of survivors that were revived barricaded several buildings in the NE areas and along the western edge. February 22nd

Threat level raised to Very Dangerous, since every building is ruined and there is a zombie presence greater than 60. Even EHB caded buildings last less than 12 hours before being ruined again. It is possible though extremely risky to overnight in a junkyard or out-of-the-way ruined non-resource building. -- Jenkem 02:54, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

February 7th

The survivors trying to make a go of it in Dakerstown awakened the wrath of the zombies. In just one day, where they used to be 14 well barricaded buildings (including 7 HB or EHB), there are now 4 buildings left, the rest now ruined. Kills of seven survivors have been confirmed (and rumors of others falling under the rushing hordes exist). Groups of 3-6 zombies are at several spots in and around the once barricaded buildings, with lone or two zombie groups on many street corners or in buildings. The zombies appear well organized and obviously are reacting quickly and in force to any incursions into Dakerstown. --Wke235 00:45, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

February 6th

The survivors trying to make a go of it in Dakerstown continue to thumb their noses at the zombie hordes. Despite the large number of zombies standing about the buildings they have barricaded, they continue to survive and have improved on the barricades. The question in Dakerstown is beginning to change. Just a couple of days ago it was "Can these intrepid souls hold out". Now, it's looking more like the question should be "Can the zombie hordes rally back to evict them once more". This should prove interesting one way or another. --Wke235 05:12, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

February 4th

A brave group of survivors have ventured into Dakerstown. They have barricaded the Wale Walk PD, St. Bartolomew's Hospital, and some others around the medical building (including Tobit Arms at EHB). Zombie presence in and around these buildings is quite high. Can these intrepid souls hold out from the hordes and build on their start to try and retake Dakerstown? Or with so many NT's in nearby zones held by the zombies, are they doomed to become next days meals as supplies run out. --Wke235 03:53, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

February 3rd

All buildings are in ruins. Zombie presence is still quite high, allowing zombies to methodically patrol all buildings in Dakerstown and nearby areas in next door zones. Zombie patrols have not located any active brains recently. The nearest activity has been a lvl 1 in Kilpatrick Cineman in Roywood (killed), and one high level brain in the Museum just over the border in Jensentown (killed). Several former brains are continuing to hang around in the Junkyard next to Pask NT in Zombie form, apparently thinking someone will eventually come to revive them. But with the NT's in next door zones all fallen and ruined or under heavy attack, it likely would be far quicker to go towards the revives rather than sit around doing little at all. --Wke235 03:22, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Current barricade status in Dakerstown -- 1 QSB building, 3 Lightly, 2 Loosely, 1 Open. Everything else is in ruins. Only two active brains have been located in the last 12 hours. Rest appear to have fled. If they are hiding in the weakly barricaded buildings, such barricades are like magnets for the roving groups of 3 or 4 Zeds which have been organized to find and destroy any stragglers and ill-advised barricades. Overall Zombie presence is still very high, and any travel in this zone is likely to result in dying. --Wke235 03:48, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

A quick scout of the suburb reveals that all resource buildings are ruined, along with the majority of other buildings. Interestingly one of the few non-ruined buildings is the Revive Point at Junkyard 6,7.--Jed 01:40, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

This isn't very interesting or surprising as Junkyards cannot be ruined! Iggles 13:39, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Over 70% of the buildings in Dakerstown are now ruined or open with Zeds inside. The remaining barricaded buildings are huddled in the NE corner. But even these are beginning to weaken, with several building barricade status reduced from once lofty levels. It may be the remaining survivors are cowering in the corner, as this is closest to an active NT in Jensentown (with all NT's in Dakerstown and southern neighbor Roywood ruined and occupied by zombies, Jensentown is the only place to run to now). But all it's doing is acting like a beacon to draw the always hungry zombie hordes into Jensentown. --Wke235 03:36, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

January 25th

The overall situation in this zone continues to worsen for survivors. Following the slaughter of 9 brains in a factory, the Zeds marched on a warehouse (2, 5), the Swearse PD (2, 6), the Gristwood Hotel (1,6), and the Snook Ally Railway station (8,9). All buildings were smashed into ruins and a total of 12 brains across the buildings became snack food for the hordes rampaging in the zone. For a zone where there was perhaps 30-40 or so brains just days ago, 21 have been converted to zombie food in short order. Efforts appear to be in progress to try and revive fallen comrades. But with Pask NT in Dakerstown ruined, and other nearby NT's in neighboring zones also in Zed hands, supplies are rapidly being used up. Indeed several brains have run fleeing from Dakerstown, pursued by Zeds just one block behind them, all the way through Roywood and out the southern edge. As the Zed assault contiues to grow, Dakerstown is rapidly approaching becoming a Red zone once more. --Wke235 04:22, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

January 24th

Tragedy struck the survivor encampments in Dakerstown today. An organized force of zombies burst in on the factory stronghold at 3,6, resulting in the deaths of nine (9) survivors. Additional forces turned on St. Barts at 3,5 when the factory food supply ran out, smashing the hospital into ruins and killing anyone inside. With the hospital in ruins, Pask NT in ruins, and large numbers of zombies on the streets (far more than back on Jan. 17th), support for survivors in this zone is seriously lacking. --Wke235 07:05, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

January 19th

In a dramatic turn of events, the Zeds returned in force, apparently angered over the green paint placed over the region. Pask and Piling NT (in Roywood) have been ruined and generators destroyed. St. Bart's has been broken into and key medical supplies destroyed. Other key buildings and staging areas are under repeated attacks and starting to fail. The warehouses in the Northern portion of Dakerstown, once a major brain staging area, have been broken into with 6 brains dead, and only 5 remaining. The pause in the struggle with the dead appears to be over. The fighting has once more become widespread and bloody. --Wke235 05:40, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

January 17th

The suburb is dead...dead 'in survivor hands' that is! Local groups have struggled with the tiny zombie population for some time however with the recent arrival of other groups the situation is well under control and most zombies seem to have fled. In other news, NecroWatch reported from the Pask Building today, with 29 zombies within scanning range. Of these zombies the largest concentration appeared to be 6 zombies at a factory in nearby Jensentown. The remaining zombies were scattered with 3 or fewer zombies at any one location. --Mobius187 19:36, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

Extinction has effectively abandoned their efforts to hold onto the NW corner. They did keep control of Dakerstown and some nearby suburbs for nearly four months. But their membership has dwindled per the game stats as the Zeds got bored of patrols. Many headed off to local malls participating in mall attacks. The remainder have tried to hold the area, and have successfully retaken Pask NT each time it falls. But this has merely allowed the brains to rebarricade 80% of the buildings at last count, with 3 now powered. So move on in, the coast is clear. Well, nearly clear. --Wke235 06:16, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

The Pask Building has been restored to survivor hands thanks to some quick work from FUACK operatives in the area. A mobile necrotechnician with Necrowatch posted a scan of current zombie levels here, revealing surprisingly light levels of Extinction zeds. Scouting of the zone shows most buildings are in Ruins. There were two repaired with some barricade buildings in the NW corner (with 7 ZED's ready to bring them back down). And in the NE corner there were six repaired buildings, four with cades, all next to the Jensentown border (the source of the repairs and cades seems to be folks coming in from repaired sections of Jensentown). A thorough outdoor scout of Dakerstown revealed perhaps 60-70 zombies in the streets. However, they are widely dispersed, with only a couple groups numbering over a half dozen attacking resource buildings. The Pask NT is currently holding up, but most other resource buildings are open. Most buildings within 2 or 3 blocks of the west edge of the suburb are open and Ruined, but further east things are more secure. Electricity, however, is almost non-existant in this suburb -- whether due to scarcity or to an intentional survivor concealment plan is unknown. Things are looking down for this suburb. Word on the deserted streets is that the Malton Rangers left the suburb after much celebration and fanfare, not to mention the hard work and determination they are known for. Provided to me by a well known Ranger, these photos showing the secured and even powered NT's that support Dakerstown seem to be proof enough that any time a coordinated group wants to hide out in Dakerstown, it can be done with little effort.

http://iwrecords.urbandead.info/10-09-07_0300hrs_PRIVATE/IN_8-10_Pilling_NT_415-623-b01.html http://iwrecords.urbandead.info/10-09-07_0300hrs_PRIVATE/IN_7-8_Pask_NT_000-181-1a7.html

Apparently the Rangers, realizing that Dakerstown was not worth the fight, decided to leave it to the merry band of zombies wanting to call it home. "They can have it", one was heard saying as they skipped out of sight singing drinking songs and back slapping each other. Only Odin, himself, knows what other survivors have been left behind. May he bless them. --Showcase 19:20, 10 October 2007 (GMT)

October 8th

The struggle continues in the heart of Dakerstown. Neither side has let up their attacks. Based on the continued success of groups like FUACK and the Malton Rangers among others in reviving, securing key resource building, and defending thier lives, "extinction" of the human race is hardly a threat. Some survivors are reporting they have been alive for 2 weeks in Dakerstown.

Pask NT continues to be secured at will and was held and powered for nearly a week before a fairly large group of coordinated zombies broke in and killed those inside. With continued resolve, each time this NT is ruined, the survivors mainly consisting of the Malton Rangers have cleared it and repaired the damage.

While the battle here to make Dakerstown a safe suburb in Malton is well underway, it hardly seems worth the trouble as few survivors ever venture this far north. With Caiger and Calvert so close by in much safer suburbs, most survivors wishing to fight on their own terms and stay alive hardly seem interested in this far reaching area of Malton. The outcome in this struggle is yet to be determined... --Showcase 13:40, 8 October 2007 (GMT)

After delivering a serious butt kicking to Extinction and their Shadow team, The Hard Corps have pulled out to assist survivors in the combat against the new dangers of The Big Bash. In Darkerstown we arrived to a completely ruined suburb and in only a week every building was barricaded and repaired. With our allies from The Crimson Clan and a little help from The Malton Rangers even The Pask Building was barricaded and powered. THC wishes to thank all our allies and any others who assisted us in this successful operation. Oh, and we want to thank Extinction for their hospitality and target practice. In a horrible reversal of fortune, a large group of humans were caught sleeping in Pask NT in Dakerstown. A zombie horde ripped down the barricades and charged the group, slaying 6 of the 8 survivors. 2 survivors woke up in the middle of the massacre and ran screaming from the building to who knows where. In less than 15 minutes it was over, with the building ruined, and all signs of survivor presence washed away in a tide of blood. Adding to the horror the Pilling NT in Roywood just to the south was also smashed into and the camping humans attacked. So much for any hope of safty in the NW corner. --Wke235 05:54, 6 October 2007 (BST)

Strange news from Dakerstown. Survivors, desperate to accomplish something in the zone, have taken to spraying messages at points around town similar to this one in Leeworthy Park: To be revived kill all zeds in NT return here. Some Zeds waiting in the park have shuffled off to the south to friendly locations where they can be revived without any precondition. Have the survivors in this area truly decided to abandon the hippocratic oath? --Wke235 06:31, 30 September 2007 (BST)

It stands to reason that survivors would want to weed out the more "intelligent" members of the zombie menace for revivification, as they are less likely to kill and maim upon awakening. The brave survivors trying to rebuild in Dakerstown suffered a setback when a large group of Zeds burst through the barricades of the recently reclaimed Pask NT building. At least 13 defenders were in the building. Some of the defenders tried to reinforce and rebuild the barricades even as the Zeds attacked. But they could not keep up with the shear number of attacking Zeds, and the barricades fell. Reports are a bit sketchy, but it appears seven of the defenders were killed, with the rest fleeing the scene. Additional reports show several of these in flight survivors were caught by ferals in nearby buildings or other areas, with more caught when the Tolly Library barricades were breached. With most buildings again ruins, no power, and the survivors fleeing to who knows where, this area has once more becomce very dangerous. --Wke235 05:20, 12 September 2007 (BST)

Strange news from Dakerstown. Several Level 1 survivors have been shown up from who knows where. All of them had no other skills other than Free Running, and carried strange names like Wannabe Victim and Ian Gonnadie. The Zeds roaming this area located the defenseless survivors and ended their suffering. But the question remains. Who or what is driving these survivors to run so deep into Zed areas, only to die. Most of the buildings aren't even barricaded, someone just quickly went through and fixed a bunch of ruins without bothering to 'cade. All TRP's are still out of action, the revive queue is 20+, which technically counts as a zombie horde of 10+ and is the only reason this suburb does not meet the criteria of a ghost town. 'ahem' nice try, but wrong! I've had an alt in dakerstown for a week now...alive and well. We have secured and used NTs, hospitals and PDs at our will. caded and safe buildings can be found. Pretty damn promising up here.--Showcase 15:52, 7 September 2007 (GMT)
Yes, you have been a clever group of survivors. You ran in and did retake Pask NT for a bit. That bit of audacity surprised a few so you deserve some congratulations on being so damn sneaky :) But of course it's hard not to notice the NT was up. SO forces did shamble back in to retake and reinforce the building. Now most of the barricaded buildings are back down, and the TRP's once more ruined. The best that seems to be happening is someone running around (you all alone?) repairing buildings and leaving a loose or light barricade in place. Gives the ferals something to beat of for some experience at least instead of gnawing on each other. The last survivor I ran into ran out of bullets and resorted to a fire axe to eventually bring me down, so your supplies are low as well. So all in all, it's not as promising as you make it out to be. --Wke235 20:43, 7 September 2007 (BST)
Survivors continue to stay in Dakerstown without too much disruption. Revives are slowly being run. They appear to be stocked with needles, faks and other needed supplies to stay alive. Zombies now appear to have the upper-hand in this suburb, and Extinction's goal of a survivorless wasteland is well established. 'arm. 16:29, 6 August 2007 (BST)

August 3rd

The former Crimson Clan headquarters around Swearse PD and Bartholomew's Hospital remains ransacked and zombie infested. Pask NT is under constant attack and the revive queue at Leeworthy Park is always full. Urban Guerillas and PARD are valiantly attempting to restore a degree of order with many non strategic buildings barricaded but this suburb remains dangerous with the Imperial War Machine zombie Claw Squad supported by Extinction troops keeping the survivor insurgency under control. --Zeug 19:32, 3 August 2007 (BST)

Though some key buildings remain in zombie hands, reconstruction efforts have begun and have, as a result, secured a good part of the suburb. The revive line issue will be adressed shortly. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 22:19, 2 July 2007 (BST)

The Suburb is still in the Extinction hand but the horde is starting to leave this location. The area still not a safe place to rest for now, traveler that cross the wreck of extinction are advised to go somewhere else. Also, a science team have witnessed some strange ongoing within a zombie group in the corner of Dakerstown... nothing has been confirmed yet and the research continue .Zombius- 9:56, 26 June 2007 (BST)

June 25th

Survivors are urged to remember that Leeworthy Park is the official revive point, and not Pask. Whoever tags that revives will be offered inside Pask is a vandal, probably a lowly zombie spy that hordes love to employ or some IWM agents, whose numbers have been growing with their desperation. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 19:44, 25 June 2007 (BST)

Extinction is rumoured to be using Human spies although it's not as yet certain who they are, whether some of them may be informants within the local population or if others belong to a criminal gang that somehow coordinates with the Extinction Zombies. What is certain however is that if the reports of some Dakerstown groups resorting to Combat Revives as a last ditch defense are true then many of the spies are psychopathically deranged former Extinction Zombies. The latest preliminary epidemiological studies of this Zombie variant of the Malton virus show it to be particularly vigorous and disturbingly organized although the current outbreak is still of limited scope in NW Malton with Dakerstown and Roywood under emergency quarantine as the infection spreads to Jensentown. --Zeug 20:34, 25 June 2007 (BST)

June 20th

The Devastation of Dakerstown is gathering pace since the collapse of the Crimson Clan with much of West and South Dakerstown destroyed and extremely dangerous for those remaining. The former Crimson Clan HQ lies in complete ruins, a Cult of Nivelon counter attack in Stobbart PD was routed and Extinction zombies are ransacking as far as the NE route through to Jensentown and the Silence Walk Police Department on the suburb's border. Urban Guerillas are in the war zone and assisting survivors where possible but the zombie onslaught continues unabated with too many horrific scenes too dreadful to describe as safehouse after safehouse is broken into and the hapless survivors are dragged screaming into the streets at the mercy of the living dead. --Zeug 08:05, 20 June 2007 (BST)

Survivors are advised to stay close, but not in the same buildings. As typical of a horde, there are spies who run around and report on the location of survivor warehouses. Run to isolated corners with a few people and barricade yourself and the surroundings. Two VS+2 safehouses or more are more efficient than one EHB, and decoys can always be of use, either by diverting the attention of the zombies or actually giving someone a place to rest for a while. There are too many resource buildings in the area for the zombies to hold, if yours is infested, move on to the next. Judgewood is still safe and Roywood is looking good, while Jensentown is doing okay. Mobility is key. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 20:34, 20 June 2007 (BST)

June 18th

In a shock radio announcement at approximately 16:45 GMT today the Crimson Clan declared a General Retreat:

28.62 MHz: "Attention all Crimson Clan member's, we are moving to the to the Calvert Mall to regroup, you are ordered to join us there, SW corner of the Mall, Thank you!"

Clan HQ centred around Swearse PD is currently being annihilated with a group of die hard defenders holding out in the Factory next door which is now the only lit building in Dakerstown today. All unaligned Citizens are advised to flee or take their chances and join the defense. Numerous break ins across the entirety of South Dakerstown have occurred with much loss of life and it is feared that unrestrained, the Extinction and IWM zombie mobs will now go on a free for all rampage as the US Army Infantry seems to have also abandoned us all to our respective fates. --Zeug 18:55, 18 June 2007 (BST)

The Urban Guerillas have prepared a plan for the organised invasion. Locals are urged to request aid if they do not know what to do or where to go. Revives are slowly starting and a fast and organised revive point is expected to appear in the forseeable future. We have experience with zombie-occupied zones and are making the preperations to assure people a living almost as secure as what it was before the horde. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 04:16, 19 June 2007 (BST)

June 17th

The Pask NT fell yet again to a combined Extinction and Imperial War Machine coordinated assault with heavy loss of life to the defenders. Crimson Clan HQ has also been compromised with St Bartholomew's Hospital ransacked and constant break ins threatening the undermanned defenders in the Clan's Swearse PD stronghold. The situation in Southern Dakerstown has reached a critical tipping point but the Clan remains confident it can hold on and advises citizens not to panic even as zombie numbers approach the Very Dangerous Red Alert level. --Zeug 16:33, 17 June 2007 (BST)

June 15th

Pitched battles still rage for control of the Pask NT and its two neighboring Roywood NT's, the Pilling and Frauley buildings. According to Crimson Clan leader Kris, the Extinction zombie attacks have been "exceptionally well coordinated" although the Dakerstown defense is holding the line in SE Dakerstown at the moment with US Army Infantry reinforcements. NT Needle production is as yet still very intermittent.

The Clan HQ at Swearse PD and St Batholomew's Hospital is also coming under increasing attack with regular break ins occurring and up to 30 zombies in the immediate vicinity. The entirety of South Dakerstown is methodically being ransacked from the Roywood border up and is extremely dangerous with panicked survivors over-barricading entry points. Please remember to keep entry points open for wounded returning from the front line as over-barricading DOES kill. --Zeug 19:07, 15 June 2007 (BST)

June 13th

The destruction of SE Dakerstown is nearing critical, Pask NT along with the nearby Pilling and Frauley NT's in Roywood and their surrounding safehouses remain in zombie hands despite determined counter attacks by Crimson Clan and US Infantry with significant losses. The survivor casualty rate is increasing as Revive Needle supplies are becoming strained. Crimson Clan HQ remains secure although the zombie concentration in Southern Dakerstown is still building. Citizens should maintain their barricades at all times and wait for directions from their group leaders. --Zeug 19:58, 13 June 2007 (BST)

June 12th

After an attack lasting more than 7 hours from early this morning Pask NT is now ransacked and occupied by up to 15 or more zombies with another 15 standing outside and serious casualties to the 14 strong NT defense force. It would appear that the organized Extinction mob that ripped through central Roywood on the way up from Peddlesden Village last week has finally arrived in force in SE Dakerstown. Most of Southern Dakerstown is now under attack by increasing numbers of zombies with US Army Infantry abandoning their Chadwick Towers base and its adjacent factory. We're awaiting the latest NT scan from neighboring suburbs if any are available as Dakerstown is now more or less at Code Red Danger alert. --Zeug 21:04, 12 June 2007 (BST)

Well, it is done! Today, the DoL has merged with the Crimson Clan. It is our goal to set Dakerstown free of the zombie infestation, all the while keeping comradery and good cheer, present within our group. (St Aden)

June 2nd

Due to the fantastic cooperation of FUACK, Crimson Clan, Defenders of Life (DoL), PARD, Cult of Nivelon, and the Urban Guerillas, the IWM is all but smashed to bits. Anytime they are spotted it is usually as corpses on the street. Thanks to the combined efforts of these groups, Dakerstown is a very exciting and enjoyable suburb to be in. The zombie threat is still high enough to provide the survivor's with entertainment while posing very little, serious threat. If someone does manage to get killed, they are not dead for long. The revive point at Lee Worthy cemetery has currently been emptied of it's bodies. Friendly survivor's are encouraged to come to Dakerstown for a little rest and relaxation! (St Aden)

April

April 23rd

I was in Dakerstown for the last four days. There are numerous small zombie hordes, though I saw none larger than eight in one place. However, The real dangers in this suburb are the survivor wars, and the PKers. On my way out, I did a rough zed count, and there are over 100. Dakerstown is no longer a ghost town. -cjspearing 23 April, 2007

April 11th

Please give evidence of actually having visited this suburb before changing its danger level back to red; with the last status update being over a month old and the suburbs south and east being ghost towns, the chances of this being a ghost town as well are high. --Nucleon 02:45, 12 April 2007 (BST)

The "Ghost Town" status states that there are no more than 60 zombies if I recall correctly. There are atleast 100, by what I am seing. They tend to be less in the north-east corner though, but they are still all over the place. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 21:57, 12 April 2007 (BST)

April 10th

The current danger level of the suburb is not a reflection of current zed activity/barricade status; ghost town status is due to the fact that the last recorded update pertaining to the suburb is over a month old. --Nucleon 22:49, 10 April 2007 (BST)

Most of Dakerstown has been sacked, only a few pockets house survivors and remain (for a while, at least) barricaded. These pockets tend to shift from place to place according to zombie activity.

Febuary 9th

Multiple buildings have been breached by zombies. The northern and western part of Dakerstown are known to have been striken hard, along with central Dakers, but SE Dakers' status is unknown, yet assumed to be also dangerous. It is unkowned what has caused the sudden surge of zombie activity, but if survivors notice a pattern when scanning the zombies, they are advised to report it to the local organised groups.

January 28th

After postitive feedback from multiple locals and allies, the Urban Guerillas have drafter a barricade policy, which can be found by clicking on the link under the ressource building box.

January 27th

Western Dakerstown has seen a rise in zombie activities recently while Eastern Dakerstown has been victim of targeted zombified IWM attacks. Also, the FUACK, with a little help from the UG, have set up an Iron Curtain around Dakerstown. Newcommers can now see a variant of "Welcome to the Communist Republic of Dakers" when at the border.

2006

December

December 29th

The IWM have now started a PK war on all survivors in Dakerstown including members of the pacifist groups:survivors. Beware of the IWM.

December 15th

The suburb is making remarkable progress, with many resource buildings secured, as well as the buildings around them. A few anti-UG propaganda have been spotted, and people should inform themselves before taking any actions related to things tagged on the walls, especially outside, of buildings. Danger level is being lowered.

December 1st

Zombies are starting to amass at certain resource buildings. Survivors are warned not to sleep in them.

November

November 26th

The IWM continue to attack survivors

November 25th

The IWM are attempting to halt all progress in Dakerstown and the attempt to set up a revive point which was almost operational. Survivors are encouraged to continue to try to secure the local NT to eventually set up a revive point at home.

November 21th

Very few survivors can be seen around Dakerstown. It's status seems to indicate that it once again deserves the "Ghost Town" title.

November 18th

Zombie break-ins are frequent, however the zombie numbers during these break-ins are low, the average barricade level is low, also the revive system is unoperational. Survivors are encouraged to settle in to make it a safer place, as most buildings can now be held for more than one day. The conflict between the Urban Guerillas and the IWM is now mainly in Judgewood.

November 3rd

Many zombies have gathered at Dakerstown's cemetary. People with the syringes are encouraged to revive them. Standing at inoperative revive points is typical behavior of people who desire to stay in the region, and therefore they could later contribute to help Dakerstown. Petvin Place is currently being considered as a possible future revive point.

November 1st

The conflict between the Urban Guerillas and the IWM has moved southwards, mainly in Roywood where the IWM get their revives from F.R.E.E.Z.E.. Therefore, the Urban Guerillas have dedicated more resources and time to maintaining and helping Dakerstown. As a result, some sectors of Dakerstown now host semi-permanent barricades, and people are not forced to abandon safehouses every day or two, though it is still recommended. No revive point is truly operational though, so the dead seeking revives are suggested to shamble to an adjacent suburb.

October

October 31st

It's Halloween! Knocking on doors has been heard all over town, whether it be for shelter or brains! Open doors with immense caution; you don't want to end up being the death of your fellow survivors. The fog is expected to end soon, the zero visibility may end up sending you into a large group of zombies.

October 20th

The Very Insane Persons Emergency Response (V.I.P.E.R.) group has designated Dakerstown as their base of operations at this time.

October 19th

With the sudden disaperance of members of the IWM leadership, the conflict between the UG and IWM seems to have subsided, at least momentarily. Both Survivor groups turn to rebuilding their infrastructure so that survivability can be maintained.

October 16th

Significant conflict Continues between members of the U.G. and the Imperial War Machine. With tempers and attitudes on both sides elevating to the obscenly stupid, The Dakerstown Uprising rages out of control with claims of victory being made by both sides.

July

July 19th

A massive assault has begun against Zombie forces by The Claw Squad. More and more local zombies are retreating from the Assault Zones.

Update: The suburb is now under full Imperial control. All survivors are to contact the IWM, and our troops will attempt to protect your building.
