Darvall Heights is the twenty-third suburb of Malton, located in the northwest of the city. Darvall Heights is one of the most active suburbs, with several famous locations, large groups, and events of historical significance.

One of the best-known locations in Darvall Heights is Caiger Mall, the eastern half of which is in the suburb and the western half is in Chudleyton. Caiger Mall has historically had the highest survivor population of any building in Malton, owing to the fact that it has repulsed two large scale zombie attacks. For more information, see Siege of Caiger Mall. Caiger Mall was once seen as a symbol for survivors throughout Malton, but has lost much of its reputation since it fell to a massive zombie horde in the Third Siege of Caiger Mall. Since the outbreak, the suburb's notoriety for large zombie numbers has earned it the nickname "Devil's Heights" amongst the local survivor population.

The suburb was also significant for both historical groups Liberation of Crossman Department and Crossman Defense Force. It is now significant to the Soldiers of Crossman, who consider it a birthplace and their homeland.

The Herman Building is the only Necrotech in Malton that is home to a Mobile Phone Mast, as such its Generator serves more than one purpose.

The Great Suburb Group Massacre has commenced. Check your group's talk page to confirm in which suburbs your group is active.--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 19:50, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

The Herman Building is in operation again, and I just spent time barricading it up. I wish I could say the same for its companion Necrotech facility, the Latrobe building. I'm happy to say that Darvall Heights remains a battleground: this means that there are still enough of us to give them a fight. I still keep waiting for the other shoe to drop - for the hoard to come this way in enough force to take us down - but I've just awakened another day with Darvall Heights still in human hands. I just woke up to find 7 wounded in my building: I never see that many together in the same place. I figured things were getting bad, so I decided to first check out the Mall. The Darvall Heights sections are both in ruins. And, that's not all: Both Necrotech facilities are down. But, wonder of wonders, all the hospitals are in business. It's not a disaster yet, but I wouldn't wager on it staying like this for long. Roberto Tomba 23:06, 24 January 2011 (EST)

January 20th

I took a stroll outside just now, and it's freakin' freezing! Things looked fairly quiet - not many undead to speak of - until I made it to the Chudleyton side of the Caiger Mall: 37 zeds are just outside the southwest corner. I did what I could to warn the people inside - telling them, as well as broadcasting on the local frequency - so hopefully people can be saved, or ideally reinforce the defenses. Technically, Darvall Heights is still safe - since the huge pack of zombies is just across the border - but it's naive to think it'll stay that way. Roberto Tomba 23:45, 20 January 2011 (EST)

January 18th

Darvall Heights is alive and well, from what I can see. Buildings reported last week as being in ruins are completely functional, including all the hospitals and the Hermann Building, the lone Necrotech facility. This burb is adjacent to some very dangerous areas - Shuttlebank and Eastonwood - so the safety of the region is a real testament to the tenacity of the survivors. The Caiger Mall is under attack by a 50+ horde of Zombies. A breakin and massive death count was witnessed on the 3rd of January.--Mr Watt 08:08, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
