Be on the look out for a rotter called More than Happy, he often camps here and when found should be headshot dead asap.

History

The mayor of Tapton in 1910, Lord Richard Chubb when deciding on the site of the erection of a brand new casino, dubbed Casino-El-Malton, famously quipped, "What about that Dicks Place?" in reference to the then abandoned dildo factory occupying a potential brownfield development site.

Unfortunately the mayor was tragically burnt beyond recognition in the Great Fire of 1912 and his wishes regarding the site of the Casino were destroyed with him. To resolve this issue councilors decided to scrap plans for the new casino and instead convert the dildo factory into housing commission (public housing) named, in memory of the mayor, Dix Place. Note the use of the letter 'x' instead of the more common 'cks' to avoid outraging conservatives.
