Description

Maltonfdsymbol2.jpg

Downs Boulevard Fire Station is a fire station located in the suburb of Rolt Heights in the southwest corner. During the "Malton Incident" the fire station was abandoned and its doors sealed as part of the evacuation plan, but since that day there have been signs that perhaps members of the illustrious Malton Fire Department have returned to the station in hopes of managing more than just fires within the suburb. The fire station, the only one in the entire suburb, acts as the headquarters for the Malton Fire Department's North-East Division, 3rd District.

Barricade Policy

This building should be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually supported Rolt Heights Barricade Plan set forth in agreement with local survivor groups. This building is meant to serve as a shelter for Malton's inexperienced survivors.

It should be noted that as no specific survivor group monitors nor maintains the barricades associated with this barricade plan, so therefore it is not considered to be enforced. As such, survivors should always expect to find the barricades set at varying levels depending on the survivors inside the building. For the most part though, survivors should always expect to find this building over-barricaded rather than under-barricaded simply due to survivor nature.

Newgrounds has indicated that they will monitor and possibly maintain the barricades for this location.

Current Events

August 30, 2009- The Church of the Present Resurrection has declared the former Downs Boulevard Fire Station to be the Primary Conversion Center for the CPR. Any survivors seeking shelter there are considered candidates for receiving the Sacrament of Death and Rebirth.--Wicked Anderson 03:23, 31 August 2009 (BST)

April 14th, 2009 - 4 Zeds outside, 2 Zeds inside, No survivors present, Building appeares to be ruined. -- Abel Magwitch

December 10th, 2007 - If anyone wants to try and help me get the southwest sort of under control I'm at Downs Boulevard Fire Station. There are many zombies surrounding the area and I am also in need of help. I managed to secure the doors but I can't cade because I have no tools and the interior is completely ruined. Please someone preferably a constructionist head down this way. Don't try the PD right next to the fire station because its surrounded by zombies and theres also some inside. I think this could be one of the first steps to getting this area under control, seeing as after we get this fire station under control it could be a temporary place for any passing survivors to stay until we get the PD next door under control. This is my first time making an entry and if I did anything wrong please say so. My characters name is dylannn, later. -- Dylannn

December 7th, 2007 - 3 zeds outside, 5 inside (i killed 2 in the name of MDD, Sign up now!). Cades are up, but they need to be maintained. --Captain Neo 01:10, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

April 14th, 2007 - The fire station proved it had a surplus of survivors as the Rolt Heights War claimed three more victims. Markoh, an unknown survivor, was killed by Grant Page, while Chewe and neild2 (not as good as the original) were killed by serial murderer Shadowean.

Update: Later that night Vanitas Mori, of the Philosophe Knights, viciously killed the unknown survivor nyuhblaarg12... very possibly because of his name.

April 13th, 2007 - Shadowean returned the next day to up his tally by killing Grrraaaiiinnnsss, the whole grain wheat loving ex-zombie.

April 12th, 2007 - Shadowean made an appearance at the fire station and showed his commitment to the Rolt Heights War by slaying teenage frankinstien.

April 6th, 2007 - In an odd twist the notorious Murray Jay Suskind of the Ridleybank Resistance Front was reported to have killed fastman, who apparently wasn't fast enough to escape his fate. This murder was also a direct result of the Rolt Heights War.

Update: Special Agent Mulder returned to the fire station and murdered rookie survivor, JohnHart. Even so, the murders did not stop with this as Red Rummer Todhandler showed up and killed two more survivors, Randy Tubes and Paul Zimmer.

April 5th, 2007 - Special Agent Mulder of Red Rum murdered two survivors, JefftheFireman and TillFukUpFearie. These murders have been attributed to the Rolt Heights War.

June 20-24th, 2006 - A massive amount of zombies have overrun Ayliffe Street PD and Downs Boulevard Fire Station. It is certain that this was the act of a zombie group and not ferals, but exactly which group was responsible was never verified. The Dead Animals were the major suspects.
