Encumbrance
Definition
Encumberment is basically "how much stuff you have".
These and other heavy or unwieldy items now take up more space in players' inventories, and the total level of encumbrance is now shown. Being at an encumbrance level of 100% or greater means, as before, that you cannot pick up further items.
So, now you can see how encumbered you are. How does this change gameplay? Encumberment acts as a parallel inventory limit: as long as it's below 100%, you can pick up more items, but when it gets above that amount you won't be able to lift any more of them, and then you'll have to use/drop your items in order to pick up more.
