Zombies frequently check inside. Portable Generators have a use other than powering the lights and increasing search probability in hospitals. Players with the Surgery Skill can heal for 15 HP if the Hospital has a fueled up Generator. Hospitals are listed as Tactical Resource Points. Hospitals can be barricaded normally. Among the internal descriptions found in Hospitals: "...its wards and corridors blackened with the soot of a recent fire" "...its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape." "...one of the city's psychiatric hospitals." "...dark corridors leading through abandoned wards." "...its emergency room in disarray." "...its lobby covered with quarantine posters." "...a children's hospital with bright murals across the walls. " "The main lobby is riddled with bullet holes." "It was one of the last to be evacuated, and seems to have been cleared out in a hurry." "...a derelict hospital that was closed down years ago."

Description

Fabian General Hospital, located at coordinates [34,16], is the only hospital in the suburb of Shuttlebank. It is an imposing white stone building surrounded by a large paved plaza.
Like all Tikhon Medical hospitals, Fabian General provides a team of six security officers on the premises around the clock.
The Marfell Building [33,15] is the adjacent NecroTech building. and two Police Departments. First aid kits and newspapers can be found inside.

Barricading Policy

According to the Shuttlebank Barricade Plan which is compliant with the Uniform Barricading Policy, Fabian General Hospital is to be kept at the level of Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB)only. This is to ensure that patients without free running may seek first-aid and post-revivification treatment at the hospital. Accordingly, it should be considered unsuitable for overnight stay.

Revives

Cemetery 36,13 and Look Road [34, 15] are the two Revive Points (RPs) maintained by the Fabian General staff.
Look Road is the place to head for a quick revive. That site is visited most often by the Tikhoners.
It's very active unless the suburb is fighting off a horde invasion of undead.

Management

Tikhon Medical personnel have taken up residence at and will be working to maintain the hospital and provide mediocre medical care and all the cheesy poofs you can eat.

Tikhoners at Fabian General are looking forward to doing their part to service the Look Road Revive Point, help keep the neighborhood safe from the undead, and unsafe from lame wise cracks. If you're in the area stop on by and say hello.

History

The Fabian General Hospital is regarded as one of the safe points in the suburb, with continual patrols by local survivors.

This is part of the SHC scavengers places of operation, members take healing priority, and people needing heals in other rooms, will be healed after people inside this room.

Oct 13, 2017 - Fabian General Hospital has been under attack. In addition to various other areas of Shuttlebank, the hospital has been undergoing cycles of ruin and repair from a group of zombies. Presently it is currently barricaded and repaired.
