Basic Info:

  • Factories have no internal descriptions.
  • Factories can be barricaded normally.

Description

A building as non-descript as the survivors that dwell within it. It is a squat two-story building of cinderblock and panel windows, now boarded over, with a loading dock in the rear. The main door leads through a choked hallway and into a defunct plastics factory. Several small offices dot the second story above the shop floor, all of which are uncomfortably furnished. The Employee of The Month board was splattered with blood long ago. The whole thing just screams Thatcher's England.

Reams of perforated paper for dot matrix printers spill onto the floor, and the shelves on which they used to sit have been converted to miniature altars.

The factory is the forward base of operations of M.S.L.F Dartside. Also the lair of various hosers from the 57th ADMI and other survivor groups.

History

Former whoopie cushion & novelty factory. Went out of business after an ill-fated attempt at marketing directly to zombies under the "KID-A-ZED" brand name.

Sometime in July 2008, it was elected as a backup base in Dartside for M.S.L.F. Not that you'll ever see them. They show up in the middle of the night, use the microwave, and don't even say hello.

In late 2012, it was consecrated as a Temple of the Fuel Monkeys. While ostensibly a joke, the search rates for fuel seemed to skyrocket after the installation of numerous stuffed primates. For their part, the monkeys say nothing. Very clever, simians, very clever indeed.

Barricade Policy

According to the Dartside Barricade Plan this building should be barricaded at EHB.
