History
The New Lines Incorporated East Block Factory was a notoriously unsafe factory in Roachtown, but unfortunately, the only source of jobs for many people. It was shut down in 1996 after a lawsuit from a worker paralyzed by falling machinery, however the West Block Factory and the Weary Building continued to be used until the zombie outbreak.
