Crowbars, fire axes, fuel cans, lengths of pipe, and portable generators can be found here. Factories have no internal descriptions. Factories can be barricaded normally.

This is the only Factory in the suburb of Santlerville and is tucked away in the upper right corner, bordering onto the suburb of Gibsonton.

Description

This is the only Factory in Santlerville and it supplies Portable Generators to the surrounding buildings, in particular to the only Police Department in the suburb, Cotterrell Crescent Police Department.

Barricade Policy

The Santlerville Barricade Plan as set out by the Dribbling Beavers of Santlerville states this Factory should be maintained as a safe-house at EHB. Keeping this factory in survivor hands is particularly important as it is the only Factory in Santlerville and is vital in helping to keep the lights on in the NE of the suburb.

The Factory is regularly patrolled and maintained by the local survivors and groups in the area. It ought to be maintained with the barricades at EHB and a powered and fueled generator running inside to make the job of looking for more generators for other buildings easier.
