Crowbars, fire axes, fuel cans, lengths of pipe, and portable generators can be found here. Factories have no internal descriptions. Factories can be barricaded normally.

Description

This is a factory located in the suburb of Rolt Heights. The factory was once a gold refinery located on the border with the nearby suburb of Rhodenbank just to the north. The refinery was founded by locally famous archeologist and explorer, Obed Fevin, to process the gold he had brought back with him from his expedition from the South Seas. To most outsiders, a mystery revolved around the origin of the gold, as all Fevin was willing to tell anyone was that it was a "gift" to him from Polynesian islanders. From 1928, when the factory first started up its machinery, the factory processed only Fevin's gold, grinding and melting the strange jewelry into gold bars, which in turn was sold to banks throughout Malton. The refinery was finally closed down during government raids in February 1946, in connection with similar raids against the local headquarters of the Esoteric Order of Dagon which Fevin has established in Rolt Heights with his newfound wealth. Since that day the factory had remained closed and rundown, as ownership of the building and property were caught in perpetual litigation limbo between the city, federal, and private investors.

From last reports this building was made into the headquarters of the Global Headquarters Of Systematic Terror Suppression group. The survivors of this group promoted themselves as a crack team of zombie hunters who were considering all applications and anyone who was interested in becoming one of a tight knit group of bad-asses should look no further. Pansies or inactive survivors were asked not apply.

Barricade Policy

This building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually supported Rolt Heights Barricade Plan set forth in agreement with local survivor groups. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors.

It should be noted that as no specific survivor group monitors nor maintains the barricades associated with this barricade plan, so therefore it is not considered to be enforced. As such, survivors should always expect to find the barricades set at varying levels depending on the survivors inside the building. For the most part though, survivors should always expect to find this building over-barricaded rather than under-barricaded simply due to survivor nature.

It should also be mentioned that if the survivor group, the Global Headquarters Of Systematic Terror Supression, does still reside here then they would also have say in the building's barricade level.

Current Events

April 5th, 2007 - HatchetJack unfortunately got the hatchet when he was murdered by cyberbob240 of the Creedy Guerilla Raiders. HatchetJack was yet another victim of the Rolt Heights War.

November 20th, 2006 - A survivor by the name of Bullettoothtony declared that the factory is now the home of the Global Headquarters Of Systematic Terror Supression (GHOSTS).
