Feral Undead
FU was created so feral zombies could not be ferals but at the same time not be part of something bigger than themselves.
There are not alot of zombie groups that don't like to plan attacks and not work together, but here at FU we're always about that. What we do is die to the leftovers from the raids of little groups here in the village (we are considered one of the small groups now). We are not dedicated to keeping track of what safe houses are being cracked open in the village of Malton and exploiting that information to our worst advantage. We're a bit like a FUDGE network of sorts.
...That's about it, we just let others do all the hard stuff because we're to weak to do anything ourselfs, planning mobs and breaking down barricades, then we follow them in and cry like noobs. Get shot. Always going for the smallest payoff with the least amount of work. The basic joys of a feral lifestyle.

Bangarang
It's a word we like. We use it to announce our presence, exclaim awesomeness, and to rally others to attack, but it in no way has the same meaning or impact as Barhah, and the two words are often bellowed at the same time. (ie; "BANGARANG! BARHAH!")
Etymology of the word: It is not from the movie "Hook," although yes it was used in it, and therefore had its meaning tarnished. It was taken from its origin as Jamaican slang, due to this groups leaders fondness for reggae (first noticing it in a song titled "Bangarang" by Freddie McGregor). The word itself is used in and around Jamaica to mean either "rubbish" or "commotion; disturbance".

Since its adoption by the Feral Undead it has taken on a more positive meaning than its original use.
Whittenside and Fort Feral
The Feral Undead first moved into the suburb of Whittenside in 2006 and started calling it home. It's never too devoid of survivors so we have always sent our younglings here to feed and grow strong, thus maintaining a presence while older members roam the city to cause despair. Before the change to the forts no one paid much attention to the burb, but with the updates adding walls and other buildings inside drew waves of small paramilitary trenchie groups into the area, lowering the IQ of the entire area. We still hold the suburb, our youngling still feed, and every so often we allow the humans to fill the fort so that we can attack it again, thus earning it the comparison to a bread basket being constantly filled.
Intelligent Conversation Rule
Due to the recent influx of new members that most of our older members just plain can't understand, a new rule has been created.
The intelligent conversation rule states that members should speak coherently the majority of the time on the forum, and have respect for the written word (at the very least use punctuations). No gibberish, netspeak, or anything that makes it sound like you watch a lot of MTV.
It's not a chat room, it's a forum.
There's nothing wrong with the occasional 'WTF' or 'LOL', but continuous abusers will be warned and if they persist will face a one week ban from the forum.
Kill Policy
Everybody goes sometime.
Most Feral Undead members have their own 'kill policy', be it zombiegeorge's affinity for hilarious one-liners as he fights, Bullgod's love of infecting as many people as he can, or "the players with the stupid names die first". The policies are fairly straightforward. Most FU members use the "stupid names die first" policy, meaning they primarily target human characters with silly names such as "Your mom", "about 30 ninjas", or "Harry Potter". Another widely-employed strategy is to simply focus on whichever humans have the lowest HP at the moment, to get an easy kill before moving on to the difficult work.
Anti-Zerging Policy
Since we are feral by nature, and laugh at authority, the “rules" of the members of the Feral Undead (FU) are minimal. PKing (player killing when revived), Gking (generator killing when revived), and spying on the enemy(in game only, forum spies are frowned upon) are neither supported nor discouraged. Say what you want, do what you want - it is up to the individual. However, there is a clear FU policy against “zerging".
As defined on the Wiki, to zerg is to create multiple characters (also known as alts) and co-ordinate them as if they were a single player. In other words, zerging is the use of two or more characters used in tandem to assist each other. The Feral Undead adheres to a strict anti-zerging policy among its members.
The official FU policy is as follows: 1. More than one alt may be a member of FU, but they must lead separate existences (i.e. attacking the same building is not allowed). 2. All alt characters must be kept at least 10 squares apart at all times.
Any one found breaking the rules will be spanked vigorously, and in the case of zerging, be reported and possibly thrown out of the group if the zerging continues.

FU Monroeville!
Well Kevan went ahead and gave us a little treat, a new separate map where there are no revivification syringes! Join us with our new Monroeville group the Cornfed Undead and help us put the breathers in their place, ie; face down in the dirt.
There are too few of us left, this is not a city of the dead but it was fun while it lasted. A few of us there have survivor alts and are using them as PKers, one way or another Monroeville needs death.- Worth mentioning that with the headshot restrictions lifted we have been back in force. We have already sacked Oak Hills and Newtown, we are now hunting down the last known survivors in south and central Monroville.
Monroeville is almost completely wiped out of humans, last checked there were 61 survivors. Soon the place will be completely destroyed and filled with wandering zombies. hehehe It's our world now!!!--Alias81 08:05, 17 September 2008 (BST)
The South Shall Rise Again!
Join the Feral Undead in claiming the suburbs of the south east! This area is just ripe for the taking (it looks like its been getting pounded for a while), were planing on keeping a presence here for quite some time, so if you want to take your piece of the pie come on down and help yourself. This will be the new land of the dead.
Despite harman claims otherwise, Whittenside is still a festering shit-hole and the surrounding burbs aren't much better off. The humans keep coming back tho, its an all you can eat brain buffet for the younglings.
Whittenwoods
Those who have helped us with the above project have not been doing it in vain. We proudly announce that, in the interest of restoring the southeast corner of Malton to the pristine state in which it once existed, we have established Whittenwoods.
What is Whittenwoods? Nominally, it is the suburbs of Whittenside, Miltown, Fryerbank and Pennville. Once this area was primordial forests before the inevitable creep of concrete, asphalt and trenchcoated wienies. It now belongs not only to the Feral Undead, but to all the zombies of Malton to come and frolic (and pick up any lunch that happens to wander in).
So, all members of the Feral Undead and anyone else interested in maintaining a zombie paradise, feel welcome to come to Whittenwoods. Also, please do your duty to keep it clean of anything carrying a katana. And, please, do feed the zeds!
