Summary
all of HSs policies are built around our goal “HS will do all in it power to increase the ratio of good AP users (defined as AP users that increase then number of human) to bad AP user (defined as AP usesr that increase the number of zombies). This will be achieved by the most effective use of AP (measured by human AP to do compared to zombie AP to undo.)” they are made to make dong the right thing easy. Our polices out line how best to barricade, get revived, broadcast, deal with criminals among other things. It is important to note that these polices are only suggestion of what you should do and so failing to fallow them will not be punished.
Summary

HS Barricade Policy
In a zombie-controlled area | all buildings extremely heavily. In zombie area Dead humans who want revives should move in to the zombie controlled buildings and ZK the zombies inside until they are low on AP at which point they should move to the nearest empty square(a Cemetery if possible). This will let HS know that you want to be revived and they will revive you. . Dead humans should never try to get a revive by braking barricades, killing humans, or spending the night inside. In zombie area there is no need for entry point because buildings in zombie hand will be un-barricaded and can act as entry points.
In a human-controlled area | All buildings will be extremely heavily barricaded, except churches which will be left un-barricaded and will serve as both entry and revive points. Dead humans should never try to get a revive by braking barricades, killing humans, or spending the night inside
Crimes against humanity
Any action committed by a human that requires human AP to undo and is necessary to undo in order to fight the zombies with maximum effectiveness. Crimes include but are not limited to: PKing, Gking, Rking, un-barricading, and suicide.
In a zombie-controlled area | for the most part these crimes are not worth punishing in a zombie-controlled area. This is because none of these will help the zombies very much and the AP to kill a criminal can not be spared.
In a human-controlled area | in a human area HS believes in punishing criminals. The best way to punish them is to kill them and not revive them. The Philosophe knights wrote HSs anti criminal strategy. however, they have not given us permission to publish it here
Revive order
HS understand that it is better to revive some people then others, as some are more useful then others. HS does its best to revive real humans, not zombies or criminals. For this reason HS has a revive priority list that sets who we should revive first.
