Description

A rather boring concrete apartment building with 12 identical floors. Since the Malton Incident the lower two floors have been closed off and the stairways blocked with debris. The upper floors are emblazoned with various tags and other graffiti, except for the 12th floor which is mysteriously spotless.

History

Constructed in 1977 by Eastern European business interests.
