History

Jefferson Square in the 1930s.

Jefferson Square was a large terminus point for the buses that ran in Malton before the outbreak, having formerly been a staging point for coaches on the westward highway out of Malton. These coaches were once a frequent target for highwaymen and other romantic robbers.

These days the impressive Victorian glass and iron canopies there are used by zombies shuffling along in the revive queues as protection from the elements.
