April

  • April 9th Mall retaken today after another zombie occupation. NW, NE and SE corners EHB, SW corner VHB. Only NE powered, with one low health survivor inside. The mall needs many more survivors to take up residence to become safe again! --ORakoon 12:02, 9 April 2009 (BST)
  • April 7th All four corners EHB, only SE powered. Around 8 survivors inside. There has been fighting over the mall over the last week, and so zombie attacks are still an ever present danger. --ORakoon 23:29, 7 April 2009 (BST)

January

May

Mooglebomber here again, well i stayed untill the end shooting up the zed's as much as i could. but nonetheless Joachim has fallen. im currently trying to get a revive at any penny heights revive point, and along with some real life friends, am trying to get a force of people to go and fight back. As long as there are some crazy soldiers like me out there, Joachim still has a chance.

  • May 17thThe mall is going down, any survivors who want to get out alive better light a fire under their ass and get the hell out of dodge! /overusedcliches. Seriously though. It's your own fault for crowding the "safer" corners. --Nitro378 T JNL 19:21, 17 May 2008 (BST)
  • May 11thA sudden swarm of Zombies from the Dead came by is what I've heard. Not 100% sure. A few PKing problems are also happening. Overall, this mall needs help from what I've heard. --The Gecko PKer 01:22, 12 May 2008 (BST)
  • May 10thAll corners lit and at EHB, the only zombie in the area is Mrh-ing away. --Yeeth 09:49, 10 May 2008 (BST)

April

quite a few pk'ers have been running around lately. more that i usually see. i'll be reporting everything i see, seeing as i heard something about a possible pk'er seige outside some street with like 20 survivors moving there simultaniously. -- Mooglebomber

March

  • March 31st All four corners lit, single-digits for zeds outside.--ersatzreality 09:38, 31 March 2008 (EDT)
  • March 18th All remaining survivors are asked to head for Lumber Mall just to the east. Those seeking revives should go to the Junkyard revive point 1 block NW of Lumber Mall (go inside for revives). Request can be made here.--Nick 06:10, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
  • March 17th 34 zeds are outside the mall at the southeast where is is lightly barricaded and all the power generators are gone prevent survivors from using the radio transmitters and lowering search rates and a few zeds inside the southeast corner at least two of which have flak jackets. If the zombies take this mall it would be a great blow to survivors in the area.--Gamestriker4 20:41, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

February

  • February 21st Lumber has fallen to us again, we are coming back for you one last time before leaving the area. --Bullgod 14:16, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
  • February 16th Mall has been taken back and held by survivors for a while now. Not a single standing zombie around. The Feral UnDead seem to be moving on...defeated...--Airheadoh 2:23 16 February 2008 (UTC)
before you go calling someone defeated you may want to see if they simply moved on to another mall. congrats on cleaning up the stragglers i suppose. *rolls eyes* --Bullgod 06:20, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

January

  • January 31st nothing breaths here now, blood decorates the walls and pillars, and all the flesh has been eaten. you humans fought well, it made the feast all the better. --Bullgod 09:16, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
Goldney Motel has been completely barricaded by selfish survivors. Survivors of Joachim Mall are now advised to head to Fort Perryn. It's only a matter of time before the Feral Undead destroy the rest of Penny Heights.--Smoking Gnu 18:10, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
  • January 30th

The mall is destroyed, the bottom corners are in ruins and the zombies are massing. RIP Joahim Mall. Survivors should mass at the Goldney Motel.--Smoking Gnu 18:33, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

  • January 28th

The SW corner has been breached again and there are few survivors in there now. Please concentrate on this corner if you can, and bring generators and fuel. MoyesT RPM 09:05, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

  • January 27

Mall is still being held against the Feral Undead. NW, SW, and SE need new generators. All barricades are at EHB at this time.--Airheadoh 22:46, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

  • January 25

Mall under attack by 36 zombies in SW corner, could get bad if situation escalates.--Smoking Gnu 22:34, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

December

  • December 21

I stand corrected, the survivors had no intention of keeping those zeds out - they're all too busy killing each other. Go figure. South Joachim is gone, and the north corners will surely follow. --McWaffle 03:52, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

  • December 19

With a small crowd of zeds outside the south east corner, the mall isn't particularly at threat with a large number of survivors residing inside. However, the mall could be the next target for the Bash after Perryn. Keep a warey eye open for more PKers. --McWaffle 16:05, 19 December 2007 (UTC)

  • December 12

No fear, for we are here. We will take on DK13's brainz as an appertiser before we eat the rest of you in Joachim Mall. Bash Bash Biggie Bash Bash --Boyle28 14:16, 16 December 2007 (BST)

So far, December has witnessed a string of DK13 related murders. Many suspect that they are branching out to incorporate the mall into their territory. We have been warned.

  • April 19, 2007
  • The word from survivors still showing up is, the the Mall Tour is in the area, and massing for another round. 89 survivors inside the Mall with the building extremely heavily barricaded, a genny currently is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.11 MHz.--XxPale HorsexX 10:13, 19 April 2007 (BST)

March

  • March 25, 2007
  • The mall is actually slowly coming back (never was fully retaken in the past week). A small number of survivors have been working on it, with cades doing up and down daily but each day has the cades up longer and zombies inside fewer. NW corned is holding currently and is powered, all corners are zed free inside. More help is always welcome and bring a genny if you have one. Lets get this one strong and then take Lumber from the Zeds. MajMack 18:25 (UTC)
  • March 24, 2007
  • The mall is about to fall again, its un-powered with the barricades down. Only secured doors remain, a small group of zombies can take it --User:Samnoz 12:02, 24 March 2007 (GMT)
  • March 14, 2007
  • A small group of survivors have taken back the mall, numbers are very low and without reinforcements the mall will fall again --User:Shadowflight 11:48, 14 March 2007 (GMT)
  • March 12, 2007
  • Zombie forces seem to have withdrawn from the area following the collapse of Joachim. There are currently only 7 zeds inside. Some corners aren't even ransacked. --User:Jede2 17:26, 12 March 2007 (GMT)
  • March 8, 2007
  • Ranzag!! In a stunning display of... Well something other than ferocious defence Joachim Mall has fallen to the Mall Tour '07 in less time than it took the Mall Tour to arrive at the mall. The ground is littered with corpses and any survivors have either been slain or fled in panic. All of Malton awaits the next destination for the Mall tour and survivors everywhere are left wondering if their mall will be next, and if so if it will fall as embarassingly quickly as Joachim and Lumber, or will it stand gloriously like Stickling? Developing... --Electrasol 01:57, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

At first assault already 51 zeds in the NE corner of the mall. Will Joachim be the next blitz success of Mall Tour?

Update As we speak, the entire mall has been ransacked. It appears to be a major victory for Mall Tour '07 after the Lumber Blitz. Many survivors will be flabbergasted as they do their daily login only to find their half-consumed corpses. Which mall is next to fall? 19:20 (GMT) Putridus

December

  • December 20, 2006 Merry Christmas Joachim Mall! Red Rum has stopped by and paid a visit and well as it turns out while we thought we were healing people, we were actually shooting them. In all the chaos which ensued on the IRC and in game, a total of 51 people were caught by a bullet to the head.
Merry Christmas! --Mayor Fitting 18:08, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
  • December 19 2006 Scince giddings mall in pitneybank has fallen, you will expect a few survivors coming in.

October

  • October 16th, 2006 Lumber and Joachim Malls have been back in human hands for some time now, with the pathway between the two malls reasonably clear as well. The biggest problem at the moment is known *Ker TheJimp doing his usual bad-guy thing. Be on the lookout for him and kill on sight. Asheets 19:50, 16 October 2006 (BST)
  • October 13th, 2006 Revives are functional at nearby cemetaries, with a reasonably quick response time from surviors located in the mall and surrounding NT buildings. It should be noted that while revives are functional, DNA scans frequently reveal Brain Rotted Zombies clogging revive points. To keep revives flowing easily, please eliminate rotters when found. Survivor numbers in the mall remain relatively low, however, even with the low Zombie threat in the immediate surrounding area.
  • October 2nd, 2006 There are few Zombies in the surrounding area. The Mall is at EHB in all corners, with Neave Auto Repair at VS+2 to serve as a primary entry point. Generators and Radio Transmitters have been set up and are running in all corners. Survivors are present and the surrounding suburb is populated. --Peter Moran 2:13, October 2nd, 2006 (PST)
  • September 6 2006 I've been in Pitneybank (and, specifically the Giddings Mall area). Despite rumors that the Horde is coming, it has been quiet. There is, if anything, an overpopulation of humans here (if we had had 25% of the people here at Joachim, we could have easily held the mall). Revives are quick, and there isn't much to do, so I'm going to round some people up and head back to Penny Heights and try to take Joachim Mall again. asheets
  • August 21st, 2006 Mall STILL in Zombie hands, as is rest of Penny Heights. Even though there aren't many Zombies inside, they don't appear to be going anywhere.
=/
They should come and join the rest of us in the fun. --Heiki 14:00, 21 August 2006 (BST)
  • August 18th, 2006 5-15 zeds in and outside every building from Joachim Mall to 16N of Joachim (the revive point I was at). I shut every door I could to trap zeds inside buildings. There are maybe 20 humans total. The Penny Heights NT building (Craddy) is full of rotters. Tommorrow, I will visit the cemetary 2NW of the mall in Osmondville to revive some of the 20+ I saw there. asheets
It should be noted that you cannot trap zombies inside of buildings. Sonny Corleone WTF RRF ASS 19:12, 18 August 2006 (BST)
  • August 15th, 2006I have been revived, and will be rallying the Joachim resistance at Craddy as fast as I can get them revived.-- asheets (NOTE: I spoke too soon. I was revived, then I revived someone else without checking my AP, didn't get under cover, and got killed again. Darn.)
  • August 14th, 2006 The mall is secured and in the hands of free men again. The ransacking has been undone, the barricades are up at Extremely Heavily barricaded, and generators are present, but out of fuel. Survivors are trickling in. Most needed are more survivors to hold the structure, followed by fuel for the generators.

The revive points at the Osmondville Cemetary (2NW) and the Penny Heights Carpark (5NE) are both full of Joachim resistance members waiting to be revived -- asheets

  • August 12th, 2006, late The mall has fallen.
  • not totaly, the southwest and northeast are unpopulated except for zeds but baracaded, but the northwest is open and the southeast is closed doors and ransacked, if your at the mall i think you should get the hell out of there. --cody6 05:17, 13 August 2006 (BST)
  • August 12th, 2006 the mall is being hit hard, the southeast corner is at heavy, i wasted some of there ap on me though. if your there theen be ready for some hard times.
  • The Apocalypse Horde crash through the southern areas, retaking them, ransacking them, and then they clear the north east corner before occupying it. The north west is the only populated area left and less than eighty people remain, many of them appearing to be idle or inactive survivor characters. The mall teeters on the brink of total annihilation.
  • August 11th, 2006The Apocalypse Horde rise and again ransack the southern corners after killing the occupants. The population of the mall drops below one hundred for the first time since the seige began. Survivors begin to flee the area as the mall readies to fall to the undead.
  • August 10th, 2006 Only 2 zeds in the area, and the mall/entryways are secured. Good job, everyone!

"mr murderous" and "suck it trebek" have been identified as GKers, and should be killed on site.

The Apocalypse Horde shatter the barricades and take both southern corners before seriously depleting the population of both nothern corners. Generators throughout the area are destroyed.

  • August 9th, 2006 The Apocalypse Horde break through the barricades and kill all south corner survivors before remaining in residence. Almost forty people are slain before the undead are repelled.

The SW and SE corners are fully barricaded and evacuated, but there are some zeds in those parts of the mall, along with some dead bodies. We need a dash team to go in there and dump the bodies outside, do some repairs on the ransacking, and maintain the 'cades so they aren't torn down from the inside.

DNA scan indicates that all zeds that are on the inside are brain-rotted. There are no "ferals" in this group, and none worth even thinking about combat reviving.

  • August 8th, 2006 The fighting intensifies and the southern corners again fall to The Apocalypse Horde who ransack them before turning their attention to the northern corners. Generators and radios are destroyed throughout the surrounding area by combat revifified members of the horde.
  • fighting would help but there are zeds all over the place and a number of zeds outside.. the mall is all at EHB with zeds on all 4 corners
  • August 7th, 2006 Lucy Lovelace has been identified as a zombie spy working for The Apocalypse Horde. She has attacked several at Joachim Mall. She must be killed on sight.
  • August 7th, 2006 -- i logged in today to find that several pkers, killed the southwest corner and maybe the southeast. the southeast and west are down to heavy, with the southwest ransacked when i logged off. zeds in the 3 non-sacked corners.
  • July 31, 2006 -- Have recon'd the entire defensive network proposed on 25 July. No zeds in the area and all buildings are well occupied and properly barricaded. The NT building is occupied, lit, and operational in the defensive area.

Recon between the Joachim Mall defense area and here was successful. Josephine was found to be under human control as well.

  • July 21, 2006 "extramask" was revived at Joachim Mall, and showed his thankfulness by killing "fartywarty". "extramask" should now be considered a PKer and zombie spy. If he is still in the area of Penny Heights, he should be executed.

Joachim Mall is now over barricaded and cannot be accessed again.

  • July 18, 2006 Joachim Mall is VS barricaded and well defended by at least 300 humans. Generators are set up and multiple radio transmitters are in use. Minimal zombies are in the area, but full control of the surrounding buildings has not been established yet.
  • January 29 2006 - Joachim Mall is still very much under human control. The Ridleybank Resistance Front attack has made the region safer thanks to increased troop movements. The survivors continue to have BBQ, wild shooting, strip-poker, and looting.
  • January 22 2006 - The Joachim mall is currently under human control, with very little zombie activity in any of the surrounding areas. Warning to wandering dead: You will be hunted down and shot for sport.
  • January 13 2006 - Joachim mall was sacked by The Ridleybank Resistance Front Group 1. The mall only held firm against the assault for two days before the defences failed and the human defenders were slaughtered.
