Kleptocracy
Kleptocracy literally translated from greek means rule by thieves. In practice, a kleptocracy is a government with no pretense or illusion of honesty. The economies are generally poor and the only businesses that do well are those owned by the ruling body. The rulers themselves do as they please and flaunt their corruptness in various forms of debauchery and shopping habits.
Given that museums are in shambles and the living dead in the streets, it's safe to say that people could use a little art in their lives. No need to join formally; simply begin spraying our name wherever you please.
However there are those who seek to inhibit the spread of art. These squares sit in cubicles all day thinking of ways to pollute our minds with mass produced garbage. Said people are cock knockers and they must be destroyed. We cultured few who remain in this tarnished city must protect our right to create art and the inalienable right of free speech. Anyone against these rights is little more than a mindless consumer-basically a zombie. Therefore, these cock knockers will be treated as zombies and slaughtered mercilessly.

News and Recent Actions
December 24: Merry Christmas! Kleptocracy has made it's glorious return to Lockettside and reformed as a PKer group. Happy holidays azn4life!
November 11: Kleptocracy decides that Ketchelbank was not enough. Now we are continuing our farewell tour to Caiger Mall where we will play our greatest hits at maximum volume with amps turned to 11 or more.
October 30: Kleptocracy begins its journey to Ketchelbank to visit the zoo before formally disbanding. Its been a great run folks and we wish you didn't take this GAME so seriously. Don't worry Lockettside, we'll be back...seperately but equal.
October 4: Due to the increased zombie presence in Lockettside, Kleptocracy is dusting off the arms and preparing for war. The tagging will decrease until these cock knockers have been driven out.
