The Librarian Organization of Malton

The Librarian Organization of Malton is a group of individuals devoted to protecting libraries, and keeping records of Urban Dead data. Such information that will be stored are newspapers, poems, and books. Any descriptions may be added within the group page. --Poodge 21:40, 17 Jan 2006 (GMT)

We are desperately seeking new members. Our goal is to protect libraries, and leave them at a very strong barricaded level so that they are open to the general public. When A member finds a newspaper, it would be nice of them to report the information found in the data. --Poodge 21:40, 17 Jan 2006 (GMT)

As this organization is not a particularly violent one, there may never be a call to arms. However, there may be an organized fight effort if we decide to take over a certain library as a headquarers, or if we decide to help organizations fend off zombie attacks on other useful buildings, such as malls and mansions. --Poodge 21:40, 17 Jan 2006 (GMT)

Headquarters

Headquarters: We currently do not have a headquarters, it would be nice if we could capture a mansion, but a cozy library would do.--Poodge 21:40, 17 Jan 2006 (GMT)

News

LOOM welcomes its latest member Simon Shakewell, he is a collector of rare wargames books and can be found hanging around in a suspicious manner in the Featherstone Library.

The Librarian Organization of Malton urges all those survivors who are able to go to caiger mall. Calvert mall is losing ground, but Caiger Mall still has a chance. A temporary L.O.O.M. base of opperations is the library just south of Caiger mall.

Poems:

"He heard the snow falling faintly through the universe

and faintly falling, like the descent of their last end,

upon all the living and the dead."

--Poodge 05:17, 22 Jan 2006 (GMT)

"For the glass of the years is brittle wherein we gaze for a span;

A little soul for a little bears up this corpse which is man."

--Poodge 05:17, 22 Jan 2006 (GMT)

"The eyes are not here

There are no eyes here

In this valley of dying stars

In this hollow valley

This broken jaw of our lost kingdoms"

--Poodge 05:17, 22 Jan 2006 (GMT)

"The brisk fond lackey to fetch and carry,

The true, sick-hearted slave,

Expect him not in the just city

And free land of the grave."

--Simon Shakewell - I must have a word with chap who writes the acquisition policy. A bit singular in choice, what?
