History

Once it was the centerpoint of industry in this suburb (it housed the corporate office of one of the largest manufacturers of PVC figures in the world) but has since fallen to disrepair due to the zombie hordes.

Noteworthy is this is the site where the group 10 minutes from hell formed many months ago. They have since abandoned the site, during a massive onslaught on the area back in April, and have since set up territories in neighboring suburbs as their ranks grow.
