If you look at wikipedia's recentchanges page, they have a bunch of useful links at the top of the page. I thought it'd be neat if we had something similar, so I made this. --Daranz.t.mod.W(M)^∞. 20:06, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Neat.--Thari TжFedCom is BFI! 22:14, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
This helps my horrible Recent Changes addiction! Thank you so much! Now everything is so much easier...--Lachryma 06:49, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Ya, makes it heaps easier, especially for us sysops checking the newbs' editz gone horribly wrong! --Ducis DuxSlothTalk 16:17, 8 May 2007 (BST)

Can we have an option to only list changes to pages that we've at some point contributed to? I know you can watchlist pages you contribute to, but I must have like a hundred pages I've done an edit on already, and I'd rather keep that function for pages I'm especially interested in. Or maybe instead of changing the recent changes page have two watchlists - the normal one, and one for any page you've ever edited. Either way would be good with me. --Ms.Panes 10:08, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

I don't know. Bump! --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 20:14, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
Gnome, you're such a cheater. :) -- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 20:46, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Numbers in the recent changes

Does anyone know what the numbers mean in teh recent changes? Like " . . m Talk:Mobile Phone Mast‎; 16:09 . . (+175) . . Mouren (Talk | contribs) (added question.)" the "(+175)." in that line. Does it have to do with time or what? --Mouren 21:29, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

You can find that answer here. But, basically, it's the amount of information added or subtracted based on it's size.--Karekmaps?! 21:51, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm blind then... I checked that a while ago and didn't see it, then 3 seconds ago I looked at Wikipedia's one, which told me.... Thanks though --Mouren 22:25, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

More

Anyone disagree with adding move requests and protection requests here? --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 04:18, 20 June 2008 (BST)

Yes, they arent really needed to be there, easily accessed on the front page, and there really isnt much call for their use. We only get about a half dozen move requests a month and maybe one protection. --The Grimch U! E! WAT! 04:32, 20 June 2008 (BST)

Add logs to the bottom of the list

Thoughts? Linkthewindow  Talk  13:27, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Absolutely gorgeous my dear. --Met Fan F 22:31, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Might as well if it helps people. I wouldn't use it but sysops and sysop-conspirators probably will. DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION (TALK | CONTRIBS) 14:20, 5 April 2009 (BST)
Hell, I remember having this discussion other places too. It'd be a lot easier to do things for RC lurkers like myself. :) --Suicidal Angel, Help needed? 18:12, 5 April 2009 (BST)
It seems as if no one has objected to the logs being posted there, so I suppose they will stay.--Mr. Angel, Help needed? 02:19, 3 June 2009 (BST)

DS

How about a Developing Suggestions link? -- boxy talkteh rulz 10:11 20 July 2009 (BST)

Why? No offense, but it seems a bit pointless given that if someone's looking a recent changes, it's likely they'll know about DS (and have it on their watchlist.) Linkthewindow  Talk  10:12, 20 July 2009 (BST)
Well yeah... but ditto to pretty much everything else up there too. It's a frequently visited page that lots of people look for -- boxy talkteh rulz 10:15 20 July 2009 (BST)
Yeah, I think it'd be more useful than the other ones up there. I've never used any of them in my life. --ϑϑℜ 10:17, 20 July 2009 (BST)

Can someone also remove that little dash before Logs? plzkthx --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 20:48, 20 July 2009 (BST)

Done, I blame link, and I'll add in a DS one soon if no one else does.--Mr. Angel, Help needed? 21:21, 20 July 2009 (BST)

Que?!

QUE.PNG

The picture above is what I am concerned about. Before I clicked on the username, it showed a black user name, and it had a red question mark afterwards.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I looked into the Recent Changes help page, but that only shows exclamation marks. And even then, that's where the type of edit is shown. (New, minor and patrolled.) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rorybob (talkcontribs) at 11:07, 29 December 2009.

Not happening to me. What browser are you using? Linkthewindow  Talk  11:12, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
Firefox. Damn, I didn't sign. Also, checking further down, it shows the same for Foo Llama and Codballs. I think it may be someone who doesn't have a userpage, as these three users do not. (After previewing, the link to those two users shows a red question mark after the name. Perhaps it's a new way to parse links to uncreated pages?) -- Rahrah doesn't remember the age of blinking text. 11:21, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
