Odo General Hospital

Description

Odo General Hospital

Odo General Hospital is located in the suburb of Penny Heights. Right next door to Josephine General Hospital, the two buildings act in unison in providing care for newcomers in the area that have trouble entering the nearby Lumber Mall. The Lumberjacks maintain operating status and barricade level. Radio to be tuned to 27.11Mhz.

Barricade Policy

In accordance with the Penny Heights Barricade Plan, this site is to be kept at Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB+2), in order to permit entry by rookies and those needing Free Running access. This location serves as an free-running entry to Josephine General Hospital (Penny Heights).

History

The hospital was named for Odo of Bayeux, the English Earl and Norman bishop who made great inroads in Anglo-Saxon society with medical practices.

2010

June 10, 2010 "You are inside Odo General Hospital, its wards and corridors blackened with the soot of a recent fire. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are Sam Burnable, Werbenyegermanjenson, bob elite, Football porno war, Piker Pete, Officer Gustavson, yeah whatever, Ant overlord, Jack Officer and cactusjon.

A portable generator has been set up here. It only has a little fuel left, enough to power a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.11 MHz."

2009

August 19, 2009 In the last twenty four hours the building has been under zombie attack, right now they are amassing numbers outside the building; barricates have been lost and rebuild several times. --YoLoL 16:42, 19 August 2009 (BST)

January 29, 2009 Recaptured and repaired, but survivor presence is sporadic at best. --DubStreet 20:23, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

May 13, 2008 - Under zed attack, 50+ inside, 20+ outside. Less than 50 survivors left. Looks like its been overrun.--SKX 00:10, 14 May 2008 (BST)

75 zeds inside; downgrading building status.The Lumberjacks--Piker Pete 01:52, 14 May 2008 (BST)

May 12, 2008 - Same as Josephine Mall, this hospital is unbothered by zombies waiting at War Crescent for revive. Last time was VSB, although I could be wrong. Many survivors are waiting for the zombie horde to arrive into the suburb. Suburb is ready for war, as it slowly revives the zombies crawling into Penny Heights and survivors gather their weapons. All buildings either at VSB or EHB. Recommend revivers start stockpiling syringes and Dna extractors. --Konata Izumi 11:13, May 12 2008 (CST)

March 27, 2008 - Building has been repaired and is at VS. --Chetos 15:42, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

June, 18 2007 In survivor hands with 28 living here, maintained at VS++, only enterable place for a few blocks, some zombies are around, but few manage to do any damage besides destroying the generator which is promptly replaced, working on getting a radio re-set up. 13:31 EST

May, 31 2007 10 survivors inside, a couple of zeds outside. trying to keep Penny Heights in good health. Generator installed to help the survivors. -- /// goebiTalkHelp/LFS/SR/NT/MWP /// 15:56, 31 May 2007 (BST)

2006

December, 12 2006 the Lumberjacks have begun to maintain this hospital for the benefit of all survivors in Penny Heights. Ignatz 05:16, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

July 20, 2006 Suspected PKer donotkilliamweek has been seen at Josephine and Odo Hospitals. He may actually just be a newbie, but one should approach him with caution.

July 18, 2006 Lumber Mall is max barricaded and cannot be entered from any direction. However, all surrounding buildings are human held, strongly barracaded, and enterable. Most have generators and/or radios. Many medics are in the area and the surrounding blocks are well manned for offensive/defensive operations. Claims of control by the PH OGs may or may not be credible.

During January 2006 this area was overrun with zombie hordes. All human resistance was eliminated.

2005

On September 14th, 2005, The Penny Heights OGs declared Odo and Josephine General Hospital to be "closed" to non-members of the PH OGs.
