Recruiting

We are currently recruiting in the following departments:

Soldiers - Our main force. Soldiers are the fighters who actively seek out and kill zombies.

Necrotech Employees - Lab Experience is preferred to help with revives.

Medical Technicians - Pretty self-explanitory. Help members and survivors by using First Aid Kits to cure infections and treat wounds.

Goals

To help clear hostile zombies from the beautiful suburb of Peddlesden Village. To give first aid relief to wounded survivors. To revive zombies at the designated revive point.

Revive Point

St Humphrey's Church

Peddlesden Village [3,25]

Fernie Walk
Vasey Lane
Houghton Towers
(Phone Mast)
a factory St Humphrey's Church a carpark
Donagan Alley The Bascombe Building
(NecroTech)
Hart Grove

Basic Info:

  • Churches have no internal descriptions.
  • Church doors do not close but can be barricaded shut.

St Humphrey's Church is the Village's established revive point. It is located at [3,25]. THE CHURCH IS NOT TO BE BARRICADED.

St Humphrey’s Church is the ideal indoor revive point, because:

1)It has no doors, so even the newest zombies can smash down any barricades (of which there should be none) and enter without the need for the “Memories of life? skill.

2)It allows for revivers to free run from the NecroTech (Bascombe) building into the church to conduct revives, and then free run back into the NecroTech (or another nearby safehouse) without ever having to set foot outside. This helps keep our revivers alive, which is essential to ridding the suburb of zombies

The Resistance also recognizes the Sacred Ground Policy, even though there are no cemetaries in Peddlesden Village.

Barricade Policy

Tactical Resource Buildings (PD, FD, Hospital, NecroTech) MUST have their barricades kept at no higher than Very Strongly (+2), to ensure that users without the Free Running skill are able to find safehouses.

It is highly recommended that Libraries, Auto Repair Shops, Schools, Junkyards, Pubs (“Arms?) have their barricades kept at Very Strongly Barricaded (+2), to allow for more safe-houses for players without the Free Running skill.

If you find that there are too many building of the types mentioned above which are Extremely Heavily barricaded, so as to make it too hard to find an entry point/safe-house, PLEASE either let us know, or feel free to help bring the barricades down to VS+2.

Club Veal is to be maintained at Very Strongly Barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the wishes of the Club Veal Gang, who run a revive point out of the club.

Other Policies

  • PVR does not support PKing. Feel free to report PKers to us, and provide a screenshot of the offence, with offender's profile link
  • Revives can be requested in the above linked thread (Revive section)
  • New members are always welcome. Please note that members will be background checked against PK lists
  • Members are asked to put Peddlesden Village Resistance in their group section of their profiles. This way, we will show as a group on the stats page when we get enough members

Allies

Any survivor group with good intentions is open to ally with the PVR.

We ask members to not attack allies, for obvious reasons
