Pennville is a suburb of Malton, located in the south-east of the city. It contains the northern extremity of Fort Perryn.

Before the outbreak Pennville was known as being a very unsavory area of Malton. The clubs were notorious for drug peddling and low-lifes, and the cinemas had a seedy reputation thanks to the X-rated nature of their films. In an effort to turn this neighborhood around, many police stations were opened throughout the suburb. Unfortunately this effort failed, partly due to the mayor's lack of funding. At one point in time a police station was even opened using a trailer imported from Cuba (Cosins Way Police Department).

The neighborhood has never really shaken off its ill fame. No NecroTech research facility was located in this suburb due to the safety concerns that have become a legacy in Pennville.

Fort is in ruins and infested with zeds. Most resource buildings reclaimed and held by survivors. No major hostile groups, have not spotted a group of more than 7 zeds but many buildings remain ransacked with a high AP cost to fix. Guise Guyington 08:39, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Radio Communication

blah blah blah Short-wave Radio Info
This group or location has a dedicated radio frequency.

Frequency: 26.20 MHz
Transmitter coordinates: anywhere

The official radio frequency for Pennville and the surrounding suburbs in the SE-5 district is 26.20 MHz. This station should broadcast helpful survivor information and building statuses.

Survivors are encouraged to maintain power and radio transmitters in all resource buildings where possible. The phone transmitter building for the suburb is St. Gall's Church (Pennville) and should be kept powered and fueled and at EHB. Currently and in recent times radio communication in Pennvile has been less important than just staying alive. Hopefully this will change in the future so all of us can listen to some fine music from the post-apocalyptic genre.
