Description

The Perrot Cinema has seen better days. Once tastefully decorated, the paint is faded, dust covers all the surfaces, and the window treatments hang in tatters.

History

With the gentrification of Pashenton came an increase in the arts in this area. Many movie theatres sprang up throughout this suburb. The Perrot Cinema was started by Gerald Perrot and his partner Jean-Paul Matisse. The Perrot Cinema was dedicated to arts and foreign films, particularly the french films favored by Jean-Paul. Gerald and Jean-Paul were instrumental in starting the Pashenton Summer Film Festival which became one of the town's biggest events.

In accordance with the Pashenton barricade plan this building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times.

Current Status

25 June 2009 - EHB, lit.

A few days ago, a dispute began over whether Perrot should be a VSB entry point to The Lance Building (as tagged and used until recently,) or an EHB safehouse, as indicated by the Pashenton Barricade Plan (which is not UBP-compliant and has not been updated in two years.)
