Barricade Policy

According to the Yagoton Barricade Plan, this building is to be kept at EHB at all time. The nearest free running building is The Hampton Arms, one block directly north. While Catherine General Hospital, one block directly SE, should also be kept at VSB at all time, resource buildings can often become over barricaded in time of crisis. The Hampton Arms is thus usually a better choice for the tired survivor.
