Raines Hills is a suburb of Malton, located in the north of the city. Raines Hills used to be a red light district like it's southern neighbors Huntley Heights, Roachtown and Randallbank but that all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime worse and Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.

Survivors are encouraged to maintain power and radio transmitters in all resource buildings including Orders Crescent Police Department. The phone transmitter building for the suburb is St. Romuald's Church and will now be kept powered and fuelled and at EHB by the SRU and any other Survivors.

Barricade Plan

This plan was created using the generator in Template:BarricadePlan, which itself is linked from the Uniform Barricading Policy. The Lime Brigade made strategic changes, with deviations from the template noted by labels in the plan.
