Ray Alley [28, 37] is located in the southeastern section of East Becktown.

It's a street, known by few as the last place to ever have been spraypainted. As of Friday 13th, 2006, the wall forever lost its status as clean. The road there is chipped, and needs to be repaved. The street sign has been bent, and a couple cans of spraypaint lay empty on the ground.
