According to the barricade plan drawn up by the survivor group The Abandoned, Rounsefell Library is to be extremely heavily barricaded. This is to protect the priceless contents of the library from further damage by looters and zombies.

The nearest free running entryway is St. Hugh's Church, one block directly to the west. While Newbould Place Police Department, one block directly to the north, should also be kept at VSB, resource buildings can often become over barricaded in time of crisis. St. Hugh's Church is thus a better choice for the tired survivor looking for a free running entry.
VHB, no generator, no radio.  It has once again become the headquarters of The BattleRagers, currently being assaulted by at least 3 Zeds. --TeFinete 8:47, 18 November, 2010 (EST)
