The Rovers Of Despair (RoD) is a new group with the mission to free the suburb of Hollomstown, from the survivors. Though a relatively new group, they are confident in their abilities.
Why?
Why would a feral zombie want to join a group such as the RoD? First you have the great feeding buddies you'll make by joining, but there's also the strategic part. A group of 10 zombies might wait days before destroying an EHB because only one or two of those zombies are attacking in a day. With the coordination of a group, 10 zombies could kill a barricade in one or two hits if they attacked together, thus a building full of survivors would be in front of you, with near max AP.. So you have food, other zombies to work with, and the almost certainty of changing the green suburb of Hollomstown to a slightly redder color.
Current News
April 1st: Well it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood as Zombies walk down the streets with their little Zombie kids and don't have to worry about being attacked by the dreaded Harmanz Burgers. As most of them prefer to wait inside buildings with little signs on them saying "Eat Me!" Yes this is a sign of the battle for Hollomstown swinging in our favor, as most if not all resource points have been sacked by us, or our brethren. March 20th: As of this time signature, both General Hospitals have been broken into and ransacked. As a plus to this, one of Hollomstown's two Necro Tech Buildings(Porter Building) has been confirmed as broken into and ransacked. Zombies rejoice! Harmanz have been broken and scattered. Their responses to our raids almost non-existent at this point. The Theophan Hospital and AC Fire department are both open and ransacked at this point. As I said before harmanz are doing little to shake us from these buildings, but do keep a healthy supply of food about. It wont be long before our horde moves unhindered through the streets of this suburb.--Zombified000 20:33, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Harmanz seem to be picking things up. There are quite a few less zombies now, but still a good sized horde. Body count is high(reaching low twenties) and the barricades have been set up again at Theophan. We have been pushed out of that building more often now. It seems the survivors finally see us as a threat. --Zombified000 14:11, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
Theophan Hospital is under constant attack by zombies, as of right now it is wide open and ransacked. Most zombies are concentrating their efforts there due to survivors simply killing the zombies inside, and putting up barricades, which we knock down the next day. Guidelines
1. The Rovers Of Despair do not accept ZKing of any kind. No one likes to be killed by their own kind.
2. RoD does not agree or disagree with the Sacred grounds policy, it is up to the individual user to treat cemeteries and churches as revive points or not.
3. Grey playing is allowed, to an extent.(No blowing up generators and such, let your zombie do that.)
Leadership
The Rovers Of Despair's leadership will include three active Zombies who are voted in by the group as a whole. Since the RoD does not yet have enough members, no leaders will be chosen at this time.
