The Master of Espionage

The Master of Espionage is the most mysterious figure in the Rowcliffe Must Fall Leadership Council. The Master of Espionage never directly gets involved in military operations, however the MoE is believed to be the coordinating mind behind the Rowcliffe Movement. Through the use of third party cutouts and proxies the MoE delivers key intelligence information to the RMF Forces. With this information in hand other members of the Sacred War Council are able to plan and execute the tactical strikes that RMF is famous for.

Never has someone worked so hard to earn an entry in the Master of Espionage Files. One would almost think that Dusty seeks immortality through his actions against RMF forces. When immortality is offered to him via the infection however he runs to find a syringe, unable to let go of his Harman Ties. Dusty is also among the most vocal of the CDF members, spending substantial time on one sided conversations with the undead. The sad truth is that zombies have very limited memory capacity and his pithy comments are usually forgotten by the time they stand up again. It's clear to the MoE that Dusty needs to embrace the infection and join the undead horde that he so obviously longs to be a part of.
