The members of S.P.E.C.T.R.E. (Special Executive for Counter Intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, Extortion) are uniting in the city of Malton to kill our new enemies. These zombies are the largest threat to our plots to take over the world.
We are currently stationed in Shore Hills. Membership in S.P.E.C.T.R.E. is available to any who wish to exterminate all of the zombies and create a new, better world... a world that we will rule. Barracading Policy
We have adopted the following as our barracading policy: Necrotech Buildings, Hospitals, and Police Departments are to be barracaded no stronger than Very Strongly Barracaded. There are no malls in Shore Hills, but we have a barracading policy for malls also. One quadrant of the mall is to be barracaded to Very Strongly at the most. This enables new players to gain access to the supplies they need to survive. This will also give those survivors with free running to know where access points to heavily barracaded buildings are. Safehouses can be barracaded as much as desired.
Buildings designated to be barracaded only to very strongly should be tagged inside stating "Do Not Barracade Above Very Strongly"

Bounties are only issued to unprovoked assaults on S.P.E.C.T.R.E. agents of any rank. If your name is listed here and you have proof that the attack was provoked, send us an e-mail. Any S.P.E.C.T.R.E. agent who attacks human players who are not listed on the PKer, ARSE, or S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Bounties lists will be immediately be expelled.
