Santlerville is a suburb of Malton, located in the northeast of the city. The suburb contains one of the last, and possibly the greatest, bastions of commercialism left within Malton: Dowdney Mall.

Freq: 26.27: Dowdney Mall

During the dot-com boom of the 1990's, Santlerville saw a sharp increase in white-collar jobs. When the bubble burst, commercial development in the suburb stalled, though the towers and office buildings remained as new industries took hold. Dowdney Mall, one of the very last malls to be built before the outbreak, was built at the start of this "commercial era", opened in 2001 during a massive gala to celebrate the reinvigoration of the suburb. The young urban professionals that worked here didn't move in, but they had an increased incentive to hang around when the nightclubs began appearing.

Buildings of interest within the suburb, other than Dowdney Mall, include St. Columbanus's Hospital [74,24], at the centre of Santlerville, which can see regular zombie activity because of the nearby mall, NT Building and revive point.

Additionally, SW Santlerville can see regular zombie activity because of its proximity to Huntley Heights and Randallbank, with the principally targeted buildings being Dennis Row Fire Station (as it is an entry point) and St. Matthew's Hospital. Luckily, the head-quarters for the NE division of the Malton Fire Department are at the adjacent Burrough Row Fire Station.

April 2013

April 19th

There is an ongoing struggle for central Santlerville, between the Dead Bunnies of Hall NT and the Santlerville survivors, who are also being assisted by the remnants of the Dribbling Beavers. Hall NT is securely under Bunny control, but its surrounding blocks are regularly changing hands.

Several former leaders of the Dribbling Beavers (Sexy Rexy Grossman, The Bohemian & Sandsun) have also come out of retirement, and joined the fight as independant consultants. Risteard 13:50, 19 April 2013 (BST)

October 30th

Approximately 50 - 60 zombies throughout the suburb by best estimate. The square 6 blocks in length and 8 blocks in height (Starting at the Wasteland, left to Austwick Square, up to Brassington Plaza, right to Beer Place School) is seeing the vast majority of zombie activity with many of the buildings encompassed by it ruined, while the rest of the suburb outside of this square has extremely little zombie activity and is mostly intact. The Santlerville Status Map is up-to-date at the moment.--~ MDD Logo.png Zach016 D.H.H.S. 14:14, 30 October 2012 (UTC)

Entry Points

The Entry Points are listed on the Santlerville Barricade Plan page and labeled on the map at the bottom of this page.

Visitors should note that most of the buildings in Santlerville are maintained at EHB with a small collection of Entry Points at VSB scattered around the suburb. There is at least one of every important building type (Hospital, Police Department, Fire Station etc) kept at VSB+2 so new-comers to Malton have a chance for some fun in Santlerville too.

Reporting Player/Generator/Radio Killers

You can submit any Santlerville-area PK, GK & RK reports to the Local Do Not Revive list.

To submit a Santlerville PK/GK/RK Report, you will need:

  1. A screenshot how-to (not textual cut-and-paste!) of the offense. Use an image hosting service for your screenshot. OR an iwitness report of the offense.
  2. The profile link of the offender -- the full URL to his/her profile will suffice, it includes all of the profile ID.

Barricade Policy

Please refer to the Santlerville Barricade Plan page for the barricade map and more details.

Breaches of the Barricade Policy should be reported to The Dribbling Beavers Message Board -- you do not need a forum account to post.

The phone transmitter building for the suburb is Heckworthy Towers and is usually kept powered and fueled and at EHB.
