EDIT blakemcc told captan Buff on brainstock that membership of pker groups should be enough to kill someone even if they dont have a bounty themsleves, because there in a pker group. were going to take his advice. so now, all scour the earth bonty hunters are free to shoot members of the tzh whether they have bounties or not, because there members of a pker group.
