Description

A old public library with no decor posted anywhere with a running generator with lights.

History

June 4, 2009 - La Resistance Old Arkham is assisting with the defense of the horde wave that is assaulting the NE of Old Arkham, and neighboring areas along the border. They are currently combat reviving, rebuilding ruins, and rebuilding generators and radio towers (were necessary).

May 23, 2009 - La Resistance Old Arkham is using it as their headquarters.

Barricade Policy

Fully Barricaded. Survivors can enter it using Free Running skill. You can not enter it from the outside or leave it to go outside from the inside.

Current Status

A rogue group called the La Resistance Old Arkham is using it as a temporary headquarters and will revive anyone and heal anyone on request as long as resources are available. The group is currently made up of three members.
