Description
A old public library with no decor posted anywhere with a running generator with lights.
History
May 23, 2009 - La Resistance Old Arkham is using it as their headquarters.
July 16, 2009 - La Resistance Old Arkham is now permanently apart of Malton Conservative Party until further notice.
Barricade Policy
Fully Barricaded. Survivors can enter it using Free Running skill. You can not enter it from the outside or leave it to go outside from the inside.
Current Status
