Description

St Callistus Brooksville.jpg

St. Callistus' Church was opened at the turn of the century, and is located in the heart of Brooksville. When the Outbreak happened several people in the town of Brooksville hurried there. They were all overwhelmed with Zeds and have... well... Passed on. Just south of the church, located in its cemetery is the suburb's revive point. The immediate place they usually go to is the church.

St. Callistus's Clergy, a band of homicidal lunatics lead by User:Officershaw/Bloody TomBloody Tom sometimes reside here. Visitors are warned not to stay over night.

UPDATE: The group has left the building and went somewhere else permanently. It is a good place to stay and get AP. it is VSB, so Zeds can't easily get in. Now Jalin Jay 01:55, 15 July 2010 (BST) is the head of the church.

You stumble into the church, you hear a scrambling of feet and low whispers. in front of you is a Barricade made of Confessionals and pews. then a window slides open. You see a hat that says "Today is not your day, but it's mine!" and two eyes. then a door opens and a man wearing a tattered Army uniform approaches you with a golf club. He says "you a zombie?" You answer and he pulls you in. You look around and see several people sleeping looking back at you, holding a weapon and looking out the windows. The man that pulled you in starts talking to you. "here at St.Callistus's church we have a code. Live and don't be a zombie." He gives you a tour of the church. you see that it is an empty building with a few survivors along the walls and pews. He brings you to an office behind a Statue of Zombie Jesus. in the office is several empty wine bottles a radio and a pile of crucifixes and few First-Aid Kits."You hurt?" you answer yes and he uses one of the first-aid kits. he then tells you to take a rest in the main room and he sits at his desk. you then enter the main room and fall asleep on one of the pews.

Barricade Policy

In accordance with Brooksville's barricading policy, St. Callistus's Church should be kept at a maximum barricade level of Very Strongly to allow entry and haven for recently revived citizens.

History

Base of Operations for the Holy Kickass Brooksville Republic! since May 2008 The Church of St. Callistus was the hunting ground for Bloody Tom, a notorious serial killer who targeted survivors between 2005 and 2010. Some say he is still active in the northwestern barren lands, near Chudleyton.
