This church is currently maintained by Tactical Area Rescue, and its Self-proclaimed Pastor GeneralMeurow of TAR 1st Division. its other Self-proclaimed Pastor P02 Samuel, Chaplain of the Polecats. History

It was at the turn of the last century that Malton's businesses boomed and many people came in to see to the "gold rush" that was beginning to occur. Two Presbyterian preachers, Rev. Dr. William Paisley and Rev. Andrew Harewood, came into this town to establish a church. They eventually managed to buy a property and build a church, which came to be known as Harewood - St Celestine's Maltonite Church, named after Pope Celestine V.

The next decades saw a period of growth, most notably during the 1920's with Pastor Daniel Orendain's leadership. Then World War II came. With the war, the church was obliterated by a German bomb that took out most of the town. After all that, a pastor came along, Rev. Mark Ryerson, known to this game as GeneralMeurow. He singlehandedly rebuilt the church and made it into what it is today. He even stayed during the outbreak and did work in the TAR, as part of its 1st Division.

Then suddenly, he went away, leaving an empty church. It was during this period that another man, P02 Samuel, was walking around Malton looking for a home. He saw this derelict old church and decided to stay. He, at first, looked for its real owner, but after two months of searching, and words from the TAR Leadership,

"Actually we haven't maintained that church since GeneralMeurow. we maintain the barricades still but thats about it.--Sharline Jade 17:38, 17 August 2007 (BST)"

he decided to stay permanently and became its pastor. Recently, St. Celestine's celebrated its 100th Anniversary last 21 October 2007. Unfortunately the event was marked by its pastor being PKed by the RSST.

Radio Broadcasts

P02 Samuel has a radio ministry attached to the church, "The Master's Touch", which airs usually on 26.82 MHz. It has been known for its anti-PKer stance, which usually results in his being PKed after some broadcasts.
