20070920 Infectious Bite Tree Revision

Vkkhamul 02:07, 20 September 2007 (BST)

Suggestion type
A skill tree change for zombies

Suggestion scope
Zombies!

Suggestion description
Instead of having the prerequisite (skill required before) of Digestion, the infamous skill known as Infectious Bite shall instead be a skill purchasable only after obtaining Neck Lurch.

Why? Because Digestion has NOTHING to do with infecting people. Neck Lurch on the other hand improves the Bite Attack, and Infectious Bite does the same by inflicting further damage to bitten survivors.

Keep Votes

  1. Keep I'd go so far as to put Neck Lurch as it's own tree with Digestion and Infectious Bite under it. But it DOES make more sense as it would be pretty foolish to take Infectious Bite without Neck Lurch.--Pesatyel 02:33, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  2. Keep Author vote --Vkkhamul 02:46, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  3. keep' Makes sense.. Just a Minor flaw that went unnoticed--Johnny Reb 16:32, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  4. KEEP- I have thought of this before--Liam Degen 02:00, 21 September 2007 (BST)

Kill Votes

  1. Weak Kill - It makes sense. I just don't like the idea of messing with existing skill trees. This might screw up some people's plans for what order they want to buy skills in. --Steakfish 02:24, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  2. Kill -- Digestion tree skills are passive effects, the Vigour Mortis tree skills are combat(damage/accuracy) skills. Infection doesn't fit there.--Karekmaps?! 02:45, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  3. Kill As Karek-- Digestion Tree is more of an Added Bonus tree... ~A`Blue`JellyTME*V*I*L*? 03:01, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  4. Kill - Because this doesn't need changing.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 03:19, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  5. Kill - The digestion tree is an "effects on bite" tree. The first being healing, second being infection. It is correctly placed at present. --The Grimch U! E! 07:45, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  6. Kill - As above. --Sonofagun18 09:58, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  7. Kill - as the Grimch --Pavluk A! E! 10:18, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  8. Kill - As Steakfish. It's also overpowered; infection is stronger than any damage a human can inflict on a zombie when AP for searches is factored in, and there would be only 3 human classes that would be able to even come anywhere close to "keeping up" with damage at those same levels. --Slightly Lions 11:16, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  9. Kill - Nah, it is ok as it is. And it is not overpowered at all. -- John RubinT! ZG FER 11:52, 20 September 2007 (BST)
Kill Its not over powered, But chaging around the skill trees isn't like adding a new skill Unsigned. --ZombieSlay3rSig.pngT 14:47, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  10. Kill - Concur with Grim_s. --Pgunn 16:13, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  11. Kill - first i thought the suggestion was about biting infectous trees, but it appeared much more boring and insignificant. Reason is as above.--KiT 16:19, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  12. Kill - Nope. I kinda wanted this to be about biting infectious trees, too. Zombie tree surgeon!.--Seventythree 16:34, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  13. Kill - As Grim --Ryiis 17:24, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  14. Kill - I hate suggestions.--  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 19:09, 20 September 2007 (BST)
Uh-huh.. and that is justification for your vote? Very convincing. --Vkkhamul 03:32, 21 September 2007 (BST)
  15. weak Kill - It seems more added bonus, but this isn't a bad idea... BoboTalkClown 20:08, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  16. It's fine the way it is. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 22:56, 20 September 2007 (BST)
  17. Kill -As many other kill voters: zombie skill categorization is about perfect as it is, the only problem being feeding drag... --AlexanderRM 01:19, 21 September 2007 (BST)
  18. Kill - As Grim S --Karlsbad 01:49, 21 September 2007 (BST)
  19. Weak Kill - messing tree up? hm... Well, i would like to be a subskill of Both nerk lurch and digestion --~~~~ [talk] 07:19, 21 September 2007 (BST)
  20. Kill - I feel the skill is already in the proper place. I have always imagined that zombies have to digest all the blood, brains, flesh and gore first before they convert it into whatever toxic ichor that drools out of their infectious mouths. --Shazzelim 11:33, 21 September 2007 (BST)
  21. Kill – As Grim, but I call it the "bacteria tree". ᚱᛁᚹᛖᚾ 17:23, 2 October 2007 (BST)
