20071115 Damaged Generators

Generators are always so hard to find. I think they should be esier to find but if you do that more buildings will be lit and powered meaning that search rates will go up so it will be esier to find weapons which would unbalance the game. So i propose to fix this problem you should be able to find damaged generators. The search rate should be about 5%. If you find one to be able to get it working you will have to find a toolbox but the AP spent to find a toolbox is only spent once then you can use it over and over again so to make it a bit more balanced you would have to spend 3 AP to repair the generator simply because it would even out the game and since generators are such complicated machines they would be harder to repair and take more time to. They would be found at mall hardware stores, warehouses, factories, and anywhere else generators are found. (please be nice when you vote on this)

    Kill - Generator repairs are rare at best and almost completely unneeded as there is no loss for using a damaged one.   5. Kill - Damaged generators still work well, and it is easy to get a toolbox to repair them, therefore it would just increase the amount of generators found. Since almost every good survivor carries a toolbox right now and toolboxes don't get used up while repairing you end up with simply increasing the search rate for generators.
