Add a boxing skill

To add use to the majorly under powered punch

Suggestion description

The attack punch is practicularly a joke in my opinion. The best you can get is 25% for 1 damage where other melee weapons give twice or three times that. Also the main melee weapons can be improved further leaving the punch in the dust. I peronally belief at the minimum it needs a skill to give it a 40% hit chance and double experience to make up for its poor ability.
