Description
Suter Boulevard Police Department is one of two Police Departments located in Northeast Ruddlebank, sitting directly next to Knapp Boulevard Police Department. The two stations comprise the Ruddlebank Police precinct, which was the major administrative center for the MPD Southeast Division before the outbreak.
History
On October 14th, 2008, recently revived and legendary blues man, Huddie Ledbetter, played an unannounced show here. The raw emotion moved all those inside to tears. The music elicited thoughts of better days, before the outbreak.
