Swanton Row

Description

History

Named in memoriam following E. W. Swanton's death. Cricketers petitioned the city fathers for a memorial to their favorite sports writer, and the change was made in 2001. Other then that, there was never really much happening here. After the compulsory acquisition of Perryman Grove, locals feared for there homes here, but the outbreak stopped any chance of any acquisition.

Barricade Policy

As it is a street, it is not included in the Greentown barricade policy.
