Current Events

(The following text is undated, so it is unknown whether it is truly 'current'. I didn't remove it in the hopes that if it is still relevant, its author will date and update it.)

The block in which surrounds it including the two Fire Departments south and the Police Station, have taken a great power over Shackleville, as we know it. It has been a great power, the survivors in the are have warded off zombies and Pkers alike, and have control over what happens. Alex Tate, Qoutient and several others have taking resident in this area, and the hospital has been the meeting place for all important and major changes and ideas to be suggest to the area's congregation. There are several entrances to the hospital but because it is to be kept at EHB, the fire department serves as the main entrance. None the less it is a safe place, considering all the people who are skilled doctors. Many of the players do a mall run to the nearest mall for periods of 2-4 days for weapons, then come back to their home area. The average level in the area is about 30-35, and most players have good healing and fighting. Many lack the ability to free roam, but they haven't to fear of sleeping outside, if one can't find an entrance, because of the family friendly zones. "Everyone always does medical runs, and always heals anyone outside." Zombies find them selves killed with in 20-40 minutes of being in the area, "Swaffield Plaza" is the healing area, and in general you don't have to be there to be healed but thats where the area Representing Clan's revive. Zombies also find it a very hostile area if unknown to the area, particularly if nobody important is missing to the family of the Shackleville center. Most humans and Zombies live in peace finding friendship, and eventually revivification (lol) and communication. The folks are nice, and tend to share emotions and tell others ideas. If a building runs out of power almost everyone rushes to fuel the generator, and even bring generators from other places. A few of the closest players even offer them selves as free xp, by doing "PSing" or Player Sparing, were damage dealt is healed right after it has been made, thus giving good xp share. Zombies that are apart of clans ofter don't make it far, considering allies from the mall and the other fire departments pitch in to keep them away. Zombies have a less than 10% chance of getting any major victory of the area, considering the surrounding locations giving warning, and almost all buildings have radio transmitters for warning surrounding areas.
