Which Bob?

I just want to know if the group name is a reference to Bob M. the (basically inactive) in-game character, who is a vegan and wants nothing to do with goats (so no idea what proof you would have), or Bob M. the irl person/wiki user, who doesn't even operate any characters on the western half of the map anymore, and also blows only humans as a matter of principle.
