Oh yeah, the B.A.C.H.Z. is interested in listing this group as an official ally. I believe both groups have a vested interest in keeping Kinch Heights safe, especially in light of the last few undead mobs moving through the area. I hate to say it, but, Die Angriff-Maschine looks to have died.
