Posting here? Read Me. No seriously. READ ME!

!!!IMPORTANT!!!
Well alright, I assume that if you're here reading this message than it means you've come to the Dulston Alliance in the hopes of contacting our illustrious organization. That's cool. Unless you're here to lodge a complaint or are some kind of PKing douchebag. But hey, let's assume you're not. So here you are, on the Dulston Alliance Talk wikipage, with a burning desire to contact us! Awesome. Here's what you do: Stop, drop, and roll. You see the Talk wikipage is NOT the best way to contact the Dulston Alliance. No sir. The best way to contact us is through the Dulston Alliance forum. I would strongly suggest that you use it, unless you're perfectly happy to wait a potentially long while for a response here. You also have the option of posting here and then contacting the Dulston Alliance via our forum to let us know about said Talk wikipage posting. That works too.

So, in summary: To contact the Dulston Alliance sign-up on the forum and post there instead.

Joining the Alliance

Please be aware that the Dulston Alliance is an organization, or a joint effort between several member survivor groups. As such, individual survivors in Rhodenbank, Dulston, Rolt Heights or Pescodside who want to join the Alliance are instead requested to join one of our member groups, and thusly, become a part of the Alliance. If you are the selected representative of a new or existing survivor group that wishes to join the Alliance then you are advised to contact us via the Alliance's forums (Dulston Alliance Forum - New Members/Alliances), sign-up, and post your request to join or form an alliance.

While less reliable, you may also post a request to join here. If you do, be sure to provide the following information about your group using this format:

Membership Request: (Group Name)

  • Current Size: How many survivors have joined your group to date? The exact number is required for new/small groups, but a fluctuating ~average is acceptable for older/larger groups.
  • Experience Levels: What levels are the members of your group?
  • Group Wikipage: Where in the UD Wiki is your group listed/profiled?

Post all new membership requests at the top of this section (above older requests). Thank you for your time.

Membership Request: Earletown Rangers

Request Status: APPROVED
Current Size: ~4, we are very new and recently branched off (in a positive way) from the Zombra's Pub. We have a discussion page and a strong alliance with the Zombra's Pub and the RHVP.
Experience Levels: 6-18
Group Wikipage: Earletown Rangers

The Earletown Rangers were accepted in January 2010 as the newest member group of the Dulston Alliance.

Membership Request: We Love the Hero of Dulston Meowdam

Request Status: DENIED
Reason?: Requires contact on DA forum. Not to mention the group's origin and true purpose were highly suspect. However some survivors have called Meowdam "an army of one" so he should be fine on his own.
Current Size: Unknown (estimated ~1)
Experience Levels: 41
Group Wiki: N/A

We wish to apply to the alliance for membership. Our name is We love the Hero of Dulston Meowdam. --Henry VIII 8 January 2009

Membership Request: Allied Traveller's Organisation

Request Status: CANCELLED
Reason?: The ATO originally intended to establish a base of operations in Dulston, but after a week or so they informed the Alliance that their group was no adjusting well to a corner corner, and they instead intended to move their group to central Malton. As such, membership talks were ended. Current Size: Unknown but according to UD stats page 15
Experience Levels: Varied
Group Wiki: ATO or Lewin User or the ATO Dulston Travelogue

Basically, we are a group dedicated to travel. We recruit openly with the goal of travelling Malton and writing a 'travelogue' of each suburb for the benefit of travellers and survivors coming to or already in the area. My name is Lewin, or goat girl in Malton, and i am a long term resident in Dulston on behalf of the ATO. I've been here for several weeks and intend to stay for a long time. During this time i have been writing a travelogue for the fine suburb, the link to which can be found above. This is me, as a representative of the ATO, extending the olive branch to the DA. There are PKers and so on and so forth within our group. Just dickheads basically. This is because of our free recruiting. But as a founding member i, with the others, notify all travellers within our group of PKing and PKers get targeted by other group members. Basically anyone within the group who screws around finds themselves first dead and second, eliminated from the Organisation. What i am offering is the aid of all ATO member in north east Malton and the complete mobilisation of ATO members in the NE in times of crisis. I will be an everpresent in the area, and am coordinating, as well as i can, the group's service to the Dulston Alliance. Please treat both my user page and travelogue of Dulston as the group page for all intents and purposes. If you need the ATO, contact me. Thank you very much, your loyal traveller and resident. --Lewin 07:51, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Membership Request: Medics of Malton

Request Status: CANCELLED
Reason?: No further contact was made between the Alliance and the MoM, indicating that they no longer wished to join. As such, membership talks were never continued. Current Size: 9-11
Experience Levels: Varied
Group Wikipage: Medics of Malton

We are a mainly healing group, but most of our members are helping Creedy rebuild. It is a difficult job, but we have to try. The group is leaded by two men, Pendentic and Cheesh Smalin, and has grown into a bustling little cause. We do not require much, and we don't really mind if we have a HQ. As long as we can have access to a Hospital or a Church, we will be fine. We only require that if we pass through your suburb, that we will have a place to stay for the night. I am the forum creator, so it is my job to spread the word that we actually exist. =Doc Crook 19:54, 9 August 2007 (BST)

Membership Request: KFTW! DULSTON

Request Status: DENIED
Reason?: One of the primary requirements of joining the Alliance is having at least 10 active members (i.e. "Confirmed Group"). There are special cases for especially helpful groups though and for this reason the submission was reviewed beyond this requirement to see whether this was the case. In the end though it was determined that your group does need more members. Please consider recruiting additional group members and then re-submitting your request.

Group Wikipage: KFTW! DULSTON

KFTW! Dulston is a broadcasting/ zombie killer group founded in Treweeke Mall. We broadcast every day to the surviors of Malton and occasionally step out to send a round through a zed's head. The Leader is Donut3, who does the broadcasts and the other guy is Gerald Mires, who does a radio check throughout the suburb supplying radios to the less fortunate and making sure all radios are tuned to 26.36. We are both very experienced and generally refrain from Pking. However, we do not tolerate DORIS player killers and exterminate them on sight. Our HQ is at SouthWest Treweeke Mall or the Whitlock Building. --TheLurker7 04:06, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Membership Request: Electric Light Torchestra

Request Status: ACCEPTED
Current Size: 5 (but well organised and recruiting)
Experience Levels: 2x ≥ level 22; 3x = between level 1 and 7
Group Wikipage: The Electric Light Torchestra

The newly founded Electric Light Torchestra has finished their organizational stuff now and is touring the whole suburb of Dulston and powering all its buildings (and trying to enforce the barricade plan and punching some zombies' lights out). We are ready to be allied. However we are peaceful towards every human, as reflecting the crime of PKing seems no way for us. We created the Light Map of Dulston to coordinate our actions (concerning light). No HQ; we're all floating around Dulston. (River Tactics? Sometimes. And sometimes swimming against the current.) Our younger members are busy leveling up, and to let you know we're still interested in joining, here's a new time stamp: --Balcony JediELT|Talk! 08:46, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Great Suburb Group Massacre 2013

I'm a volunteer helping to do some janitorial work on the suburb pages of the wiki. As part of that, we're double-checking in which suburbs each group is active. Currently, you're listed in one or more suburbs, in addition to using a radio frequency. If you would like to continue being listed, then please respond within the next month with the radio frequency you are using and a list of every suburb where you are currently active. If we don't hear back from you or we can't get the information we need, we'll be removing you from the lists, but you're welcome to re-add yourself later. If you have any questions, feel free to visit our informational page. Thanks. --RWSig1.png RWSig2.pngFoD PK Praise Rando!08:14, 23 October 2013 (BST)

The Latin on your page

Just wanted to tell you the Latin phrase on your page makes no sense. Judging by the "translation", i see what you were trying to say, but... if you want to write something intelligible in a foreign language, maybe you should have at least a basic knowledge of the said language.--Abatap 10:05, 11 October 2011 (BST)

btw, i fixed it.--Abatap 15:41, 11 October 2011 (BST)

The issue was raised several years ago, but as the logo has the incorrect translation on it, and nobody wanted to fix it, it was decided to leave the translation as is.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 18:15, 11 October 2011 (BST)
Cool. If that's the way the Alliance handles things, no wonder the Dulston corner is always in ruins.--Abatap 08:09, 12 October 2011 (BST)
In fairness, the alliance handled things pretty much the same way back when Dulston was one of the safest corners of the map. --Ottari 00:30, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
Whaaa- my pseudo-Latin is flawless! Sure, I may never have actually studied Latin, but that was due to my aversion to Romans and science, however it was some of my best Google-search work! I admit, it probably would have sounded more authentic with the accent... but you just can't type accent into a wikipage. For example, I could say "Pasta fazoola!", but you wouldn't hear my authentic-sounding Italian accent, which is what really sells it. If you could you would be like, "Woah, this guy's 100% Italian!". Or something to that effect. Especially if you were drunk. --Mobius 19:37, 10 February 2012 (UTC)

Is your Radio frequency still in use?

Lol thumbs up.jpg Thanks for the Reply!
Thanks Bro!

Because of your timely reply, your frequency reservation will be preserved.

I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- LEMON #1 12:21, 25 August 2010 (BST)

Request for Aid

We see that you are members of the Malton Uprising, and therefor opponents of tyranny and oppression. We wish to bring your attention to another case of tyranny and oppression. The Imperium, which also is a member of the Uprising, has launched three attacks now on the Gibsonton Squatters, without any bloodshed from the Squatters in return. These attacks have been aimed to silence our voices and drive us from the suburb they seek hegemony over. We are badly outnumbered and fighting to save ourselves from total destruction. This is exactly the kind of action the Malton Uprising was meant to oppose. We beg you, as free people, to oppose this action, either by cutting ties with the Imperium or by aiding us in our struggle for autonomy and liberty from their rule. --Fenian 03:29, 5 April 2010 (BST)

Please note that the Squatters have been harassing us for some time using intentionally inflammatory rhetoric and outright insults, and that they were the first to threaten war if we did not accede to their ridiculous and humiliating demands listed on the Imperium's talk page (toward the bottom of the "Murder" section).--Scott Timewell Imperium CFT 03:41, 5 April 2010 (BST)
Please note that their first murder was before our rhetoric became more confrontational, and that we have never harmed an Imperium member. We believe in free speech, and having been murdered more than once by this group for our exercise of our speech, our demands were nothing less than reasonable. Such thuggery cannot be condoned.--Fenian 04:49, 5 April 2010 (BST)
Hello Fenian. I suppose I should warn you that the majority of the DA does not frequent the wiki; your request would be better directed towards our forums. Anyways, while I can't say we're happy to hear of this conflict, the DA is somewhat preoccupied at the moment, and alot of our members would want to see evidence of these "murders" before acting. Right now I'd recommend you try to find a peaceful (and civil) end to this conflict. That, and be sure to have your members document any future crimes.--~ Red Hawk One Talk | space for lease 01:24, 6 April 2010 (BST)
P.S. You are aware the Uprising dissolved almost two years ago, right?--~ Red Hawk One Talk | space for lease 01:24, 6 April 2010 (BST)
Fenian, maybe you should check to make sure we're not allies with The Imperium before going ahead and asking us for help against them. Scott, thanks for taking the time to drop by, but it was not necessary. Go Imperium! --Met Fan F 04:35, 6 April 2010 (BST)
Thanks. I figured that, but I felt I should say my piece for anyone else dropping by. And in Fenian's defense, the list is easy to miss.--Scott Timewell Imperium CFT 04:50, 6 April 2010 (BST)

The following page(s) were orphaned, meaning they weren't linked from any other page on UDWiki. For house-keeping's sake, we are adding the link onto the relevant talk page. If you don't want the pages anymore just post them on the Deletions Page. You aren't required to do anything, but we'd appreciate if it you kept the link on any one of your pages.

Please note that the link provided below will not remove the page from Orphaned Pages, so you'll still need to manually make a link for us. Thank you.

-- Linkthewindow  Talk  11:38, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

The Dulston Alliance is actually an organization, not a group, so technically the only way it would be "inactive", and thus removed, would be if all its member groups were no longer active. But to save you the trouble of determining that I suppose it's just easier to say that the Alliance is active. --Mobius 16:50, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, point taken. We've done the same for other alliances that are listed on the suburb lists. Thanks for your time :D. Linkthewindow  Talk  09:29, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

Last Hope Mercenaries never die, they just go to hell to regroup.

Need a task done, we'll do it for you for a price, Hire!

Hello, I am the lead representative for Last Hope. I have sent a team of 3 Mercenaries to your suburb to procure a Base of Operations. I would like to take this time to ask you if you would be inclined to signing a Mercenary contract that would benefit us both. What we have to offer you is our services. The contract would only require you to keep certain recourse buildings in the city operational While we have our base operational. If you can promise that, we will be able to spare a larger effort to build your city back from it's shambles.

Thank you for your time. --Super holt 2*LH* 21:12, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

Individual members

How do you join or ally as an individual member, if you dont want to join as one of the alliance members?

As I was the first, if not one the few first 'individual members', here's how the DA works. You don't join one of the groups, you aren't a member. You can be a close ally working with the DA, but then again, you will be considered a diplomat for yourself until either you join a group or your group is accepted into the Alliance. -Mikhos 22:23, 11 September 2008 (BST)

Subpoena for Testimony

I'm sure you know about the arbitration over the Invasion of Gibsonton page. Once opening statements are completed I would like a representative from your group to come to the Arbitration and make a statement as the chosen representative of the Dulston Alliance. As soon as Ion testifies, I will make a few questions for your representative and I will allow your representative to make a statement from your group on the conflict. Your representative's comments and responses to the questions that I have will help toward ending the edit conflict and hopefully get us on the road toward having a mutually agreeable version of the Invasion of Gibsonton. --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™ 22:35, 1 June 2008 (BST)

Crime & Punishment

Are you the victim of a murderer? Did a saboteur/vandal smash your building's generator? Or has a zombie with Brain Rot clogged a revive point? Is you answer "yes" to any of these questions then you may have a valid claim for adding someone to The BLACK LIST. Of course in order to do that we will first need proof of the crime. Always be sure to take a screenshot of the crime, record the link to the survivor's profile, and then post the screenshot to a location where we can verify it. Only with this evidence can we successful track down and punish criminals. Also be sure to check the current line-up of criminals (and zombies) in the Black List.

Accused: Gorgomath

Gorgomath (http://urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=699688) PKed me in The Whitlock building, and I would like to request his being put on the blacklist. I have never harmed a human as a human, and did nothing to provoke the attack, other than having my cortex damaged during my recent infection. (Here's a screenshot of the PKing and the location: http://randominsanityonline.com/rifiles/users/113/ohno.jpg ) Thank you. Standard Zombie 22:05, 26 May 2008 (BST)

What group are you currently part of? --Kikashie Read the Dispatch! 22:29, 26 May 2008 (BST)
NecroTech. Standard Zombie 02:12, 27 May 2008 (BST)
I'll have to talk with Gorgomath about this. He probably killed you because you were a rotter (which is not/never has been a policy of the Alliance). I can't add him to the Black List, as he is a member of a member group, but I will talk to him about it. Terribly sorry for your inconvenience, --Kikashie Read the Dispatch! 02:28, 27 May 2008 (BST)
No, standard. We've talked about this. It's not called PKing when you assault numerous members of our group with the dead, then change your group name to the dead and the dulston destruction tour. When you kill our group, it makes you a PKer. I would imagine Gorgomath, as a member of our group, killed you for this reason. (If this was prior to the Dead attacking Dulston then I may be incorrect, but I don't believe so.) Therefore Kikashie, I would feel it unwise to pay attention to standard. Requested Hearing

Hello, this is Yonnua Koponen, and as suggested by Mobius187, "If he wishes to have himself removed from the Black List entirely I would recommend that yonnua drop by the Alliance forum and plead his case. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and have a nice day. :)" I would like to request to plead my case to you. Perhaps I should meet with some officials in Dulston soon. Don't worry, I don't bite. (Anymore). Yonnua Koponen 14:37, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Glad to hear it. Please sign-up on the Dulston Alliance forum (if you haven't already) and post/copy your request into the Black List thread. From there your case will be heard and judged (in the Lodge). Thanks for taking the time to properly process your case. If you truly have changed your ways I wish you all the best in your endeavor to be granted clemency. --Mobius187 16:34, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Suburb-wide Threats

Use this section to post topics pertaining to threats on a massive scale to Dulston or the surrounding suburbs. Threats that fall under this category commonly include zombie horders (i.e. The Big Bash, Mall Tour '09, ect) or PKer groups bent on a suburb-wide assault (i.e. DORIS, ect). The Dulston Alliance will review all intel gathered on these threats and plan accordingly on how to meet them. Of course any real tactical threat discussions will be taking place on the Dulston Alliance forum (hint, hint).

MOB Getting Close

The Dulston Alliance should be warned that the MOB is getting pretty close to Dulston, so they may want to be ready for an attack. See: Militant Order of Barhah/Locator. Linkthewindow Talk 08:34, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

The Disappearance of Taco Tuesdays

I believe that I speak for everybody; not only in Whitlock, or even Dulston, but in the whole of Malton when I say that I am outraged that Taco Tuesdays has vanished from Whitlock. Since it was instituted by Mobius a while ago, this ceremony has been a vital part of our culture and lifestyles. Its disappearance marks a grave danger to society. You wonder why civil war is breaking loose and zergs are running rampant, well this is the reason! I say we bring back Taco Tuesday with a ceremony on tuesday 19th August, and proclaim it Taco day. There should be suburb wide taco eating and frivolity, and some kind of big announcement in the Whitlock by the leaders of the Dulston Alliance, in the name of Tacoey goodness. We cannot let this threat go unstopped! --Yonnua Koponen 23:31, 9 August 2008 (BST)

The Big Bash 2

They're back, are we trying to push them out or are we evacuating? --Standard Zombie 05:24, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

I recommend posting this question in the Dulston Alliance forum if you are looking for real input/answers, as few Alliance members check here anymore (and technically I'm not one of them). Keep in mind though, the BB2 does not intend to stick around here anymore than they did Pitneybank. I'm sure they'll be moving onto Santlerville soon enough. --Mobius187 17:09, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Complaints Department

Got a beef with the Dulston Alliance? Course you do! The Alliance likes to make friends, but when it comes to enemies, we love making them even more. After all, if you have to hate someone, best to make sure they hate you more than life itself. None of that fickle "We kinda hate you" nonsense. If you really deserve our scorn and you think we're being awfully flippant with your current distress because you're our enemy then we wanted to let you know that you're right. ;)

Allies?

How come the South Paynterton Aces aren't listed on the allies page? --Met Fan F 03:03, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Because we don't have a mortal enemies page... wait. Why are you even posting this here when we have a forum? The real story, by the way, is that the Dulston Alliance never formally ratified the alliance WITH the SPA. Apparently when I am not the one opening these discussion voting threads in the Lodge matters like this never seem to get resolved. Question answered. --Mobius 12:45, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

NOT Inactive

The Infected Swarm is still active, albeit with fewer numbers. I'm disappointed that you have a couple of Hel's Daughters on your list but none of your sworn enemies. Guess you should keep track of the groups in your 'burb a little better. --Rjkk 18:17, 14 July 2008 (BST)

Yeah, I've just recently heard that you took the reigns after the Captain left. Thanks for the heads up, a lot of the old members went inactive and that's what we were going on. Glad we've still got a local zed group to tango with! And the Black List is just PKers/GKers. Hel's Daughters tend to be alive more often than dead, from what we can tell, hence their blacklisting. I took you guys off a while ago because, on reflection, it didn't make much sense to list individual members of a zombie group on the Black List. I hope you're not doing anything big in the near future... we've got plans in other places for the time being. Rain check? ;) --Kikashie Read the Dispatch! 21:51, 14 July 2008 (BST)

Well, I suppose your reasoning is sound. But of course if we had any big plans I couldn't tell you anyway. It just wouldn't be any fun at all knowing if you had a surprise party, no? --Rjkk 22:48, 14 July 2008 (BST)

If the surprise party involved my death, then yes, I'd like to know about it. --Kikashie Read the Dispatch! 04:14, 15 July 2008 (BST)

Operations Page out of date?

I noticed that the opperations page advises survivors not to kill zombies unless they have the headshot skill, sauing the 5 extr AP make a difference in the "war of attrition". In the post Jan 23 game, that is HORRIBLE advice. Seiges no longer are a war of attrition; they are a battle for ground, fought inch by inch. Killing and dumping zombies is JOB ONE. Nobody should be goin outside to kill zombies, and anybody who is active when a zombie is inside should kill and dump the zombie ASAP, if they have the combat skills needed to do it with reasonable effciency. "Headshot" makes almost no difference in this, unless perhaps the barricades are down- in which case, they should aim to INJURE zombies, and allow others to headshot them. Is there a "White List"?

I've gotten some flak (literrally) for hunting of the RG in Dulston. People claim my targets are upstanding citizens. Am I epxpected to use your black list instead of the RG? Not gonna happen, sorry- I don't want to end up on the RG myself. However, if you had a "White List" of people who are on the RG but your alliance would rather not see killed, I'd do what I could to avoid them. Is there such a list? If not, how am I supposed to address these people's complaints, while still doing my job as a bounty hunter who uses the RG? SIM Core Map.png Swiers 04:01, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

To tell you the truth, it's quite complicated. Officially the Dulston Alliance neither supports or denounces use of the RG. The major reason being that one of our more infamous alliance members, Shotgun Ed, is (and has been for as long as I can remember) listed as a criminal. He hunts PKers in the NE area, and because the occasional PKer has no bounty on the RG, he is reported as a criminal by the very PKer he hunted. Same goes for several other people in Dulston, some alliance members, some freelance bounty hunters. That fact is the reason why we keep our on Blacklist, so to eliminate confusion on who the real criminals are. Most of Dulston's citizenry use it, and report any crimes they witness. So if you're hunting in the Dulston area, and the criminal is not listed on the Blacklist, it would be best to check with the DA first. That is by no means a requirement -- you're free to hunt who you choose, but it my help to alleviate some confusion. As far as an actual "white list" goes, it doesn't really exist. Dante Noctis is (i think, but I'd have to check into it) a freelance bounty hunter. That would almost definitely be the reason for him being on the RG. If you didn't before, just remember to drop a RG profile link the next time you hunt someone in the NE. That should at least prevent you from being lynched by the general populace. Maybe. :)
--Kikashie ELT 17:24, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Anouncements (required for RG bounty collections) don't seem to help one bit. EVERY one of my kills (including the one I did on Dante Noctis) is accompanied by an RG bounty link announcement. SIM Core Map.png Swiers 18:10, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
The RG isn't law, you know. The assumption that everyone should accept it is why some people don't take kindly to RG bounty hunters in Dulston. No offense, but, hunt elsewhere? --Kikashie ELT 21:34, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
I know a couple of people get confused because the Black List (atleast here on the wiki) links to the person's RG profile.--THE Godfather of Яesensitized, Anime Sucks Yalk | W! U! WMM| CC CPFOAS DORISFlag.jpg LOE ZHU | Яezzens 18:19, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
I think Mobius did that as a joke. For a criminal to be put on the list a screenshot is required (unless a trusted alliance member can vouch for the incident). We don't link to the proof of crimes here because they're all archived on the forums --Kikashie ELT 21:34, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
In answer, I linked the Black List to the RG for one reason: while the Dulston Alliance does not support the RG it respects the fact that some of its members groups might, or at least don't want to end up on it. Specifically, it allows those who want to bounty hunt do so, without the added hassle of ending up wanted themselves on the RG by letting them know who is or isn't wanted on the RG. I added links to the RG for everyone on the Black List so that anyone who hunts using the Black List can first confirm whether the criminal is wanted by the RG. If they are, great, the bounty hunter will know that killing said criminal will not end them up on the RG by accident. If not, then they incur a certain risk by hunting said individual. Others simply couldn't care less, but I consider it an added courtesy for Alliance members. Of course this system in no way supports reporting any executions (claimed bounties) on the RG, as the Black List punishes criminals indefinitely (or until they seek clemency, having changed their ways). As for a White List... that would be everyone not on the Black List. --Mobius 13:56, 31 March 2008 (BST)
May I suggest that instead of a 'White List' you make a reform list, detailing the former criminals that have achieved clemency, as the RG doesn't have that effective a system for that, and the disappearance of a name is not always going to make a difference between being killed and not. --Yonnua Koponen 22:11, 11 May 2008 (BST)
