hi, reporting from inside the Armoury... novel cade plan at gatehouse seems to be working out well, kudos to you people and the hordes. But we need a dedicated radio freq, i'm sick of tards who hijack the radio from elsewhere and broadcast stuff like "New Cade Plan! EHB from GMT 0000-0200, VSB from 0200-0400, SB from 0400-0600, QS from 0600-0800, LS from...". Also people seem to have a fetish for overcading the Armoury, and the radio people aren't helping by broadcasting "ARMOURY TO EHB" every 2 seconds. Yeeth 15:27, 7 May 2008 (BST)

Hi Yeeth, and thanks for the feedback. The radio spam does get a bit much sometimes but the problem with picking a new frequency is that the anti-survivor groups will just start spamming that one instead. Generally the best strategy is just to ignore it, as most legitimate players aren't going to be fooled anyway. --Mad Dog Munro 04:47, 8 May 2008 (BST)
Thats a fast reply o.O Valid point about the radio freq. I have no idea if people are listening to the spam, but there are people who consistently overcade everything, and that's a serious drain of survivor AP. Anyhow perhaps we should have a system of kicking out suspicious people... I can see survivors with The Dead tag and only zed skills (and, disturbingly, some with Construction) lurking around the place, and zurvivors with names like "Zombie Jesus". Would some bouncers be in order? =D Yeeth 14:05, 8 May 2008 (BST)

The Great Suburb Group Massacre

Stop hand.png Group Active? Request.
In order to maintain the wiki as an up to date source of information groups are occasionally removed from the Suburb pages when they are no longer active. Is this group still active? If so simply confirm here by writing something below. If not it will be removed from suburb pages in 14 days.

Currently the suburb in question is Whittenside but one response to this query will be all that is needed to protect your group link on all suburb pages. I know this is a random request but its for all groups regardless of size. Thank you.--RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 19:00, 14 July 2008 (BST)

Yes, we're still active with about 20-25 players regularly active in the game, all based in and around Whittenside. Cheers, --Mad Dog Munro 06:33, 16 July 2008 (BST)

thanks. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 10:14, 29 July 2008 (BST)

Stupid question.

Can you tell me if gatehouses have doors? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 17:45, 8 August 2008 (BST)

Potential operations in Whittenside

My group, in conjunction with two of our allied groups, is planning a strike on Whittenside sometime in the near future. We calculate that the Escape movement may provide the opportunity to set to work restoring the suburb. I am hoping to also enlist the aid of others to accomplish an organized strike aimed at revitalizing the area. Do you have any operatives in the area who would be interested in assisting? In the last month since the fort fell, Whittenside has become a hell-hole with perpetually ruined resource buildings, graffiti, and rampant PKing by the Heathers preventing any serious restoration of the burb. Zombie action has declined since that fall, though the PKers are still here and not likely to leave. Despite their influence, which is primarily aimed at my group, we can take back Whittenside with enough help. I do not mind remaining the target of this Heather violence but there is no reason that the suburb needs to be entirely lost because of it. For us, this is a mission of science and progress but for others it is an issue of pride. I am here posting this call to action publicly in the hopes of gathering as much aid as possible. If we can garner enough support, it may even be possible to take back the fort providing survivors with a way to minimize the tactical advantage of the zombie hoard. There are but two forts in Malton making their maintenance vital to the survivor effort as a whole. If Escape succeeds, there will be a resulting shift in the zombie survivor dynamic, during which time we will need all of the advantage we can get if we are to weather the backlash. If you are interested, please contact me on the D.S.R&D group page or in our forum so that we can plan the particulars.

Yours in science,

Any response here will be enough, but please list suburbs you're actually active in. This is a generic message and not directed at any particular group. The sun shone, having no alternative, on the nothing new 00:43, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, still trying to figure all this wiki page stuff out. We're in Whittenside mainly, but also around Danversbank, Pennville, and Miltown.--Piccon009 18:53, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Great Suburb Group Massacre 2013

I'm a volunteer helping to do some janitorial work on the suburb pages of the wiki. As part of that, we're double-checking in which suburbs each group is active. Currently, you're listed in one or more suburbs, in addition to using a radio frequency. If you would like to continue being listed, then please respond within the next month with the radio frequency you are using and a list of every suburb where you are currently active. If we don't hear back from you or we can't get the information we need, we'll be removing you from the lists, but you're welcome to re-add yourself later. If you have any questions, feel free to visit our informational page. Thanks. --RWSig1.png RWSig2.pngFoD PK Praise Rando!08:40, 24 October 2013 (BST)

Group is active; I am currently a member. Please preserve our tags in Whittenside and restore our radio frequency, if we had any that has been taken down. As far as I know we've mostly been lurking on the Knights Templar channel, or general suburb radio, but we have probably used our own to coordinate ops at least once this year. --CTRA 15:34, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
Thanks! You've been kept in Whittenside. You're not currently listed on the Radio Frequency list, but feel free to add yourselves at Radio/Frequency List if you like. Bob Moncrief EBDW! 15:28, 25 November 2013 (UTC)
