Support

  • The GBP supports this plan, and will work to maintain it as nessicary. - BuncyTheFrog 03:27, 4 April 2006 (BST)
  • The Policy does not seem to contradict the terms of the UBP so I will support the policy when I am in Scarletwood. - The Pathfinder 08:49, 26 May 2006.
  • Fuel Coop's at EHB, so I support this plan ;) -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 20:24, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

Suggestions

The Hillard Road Police Department is prone to zombie attack, having at least three coordinated break-ins a week. As such, its VSB status is rather odd. The Sever building next door, on the other hand, serves no constructive purpose as an EHB building. I propose that the Hillard Road PD be changed to EHB, while the Sever building be lowered to VSB status. --Juri Arisugawa 18:54, 2nd December 2006 (EST)

This doesn't really have anything to do with barricades, but for conveniance clearly indicating revive points on that map would prove useful. -Certified=Insane 00:47, 7 May 2006 (BST)

I was thinking of updating this page with the barricade policy box template I just put up. I wanted to make a note here in case there's any strong opinions against this? I can update it myself. :) -- Angela 06:50, 8 May 2006 (BST)

If you'd like to do the work, I wouldn't mind it at all, however I just hope it's not hard to mantain as needed ^_^ -- Buncy T GBP 04:40, 9 May 2006 (BST)
It's not at easy as just making a screencap of the suburb map, but not that difficult, I'm sure. :D -- Angela 07:28, 9 May 2006 (BST)
On the right is a sample of the box I mean to put on the actual article page. :) Cross-check, anyone? I also added a link to GBP, hehe. Any other requests for stuff to put on the barricade policy box? -- Angela 08:49, 9 May 2006 (BST)
A legend? It's hard to cross-check to the policy we already have... I also notice that there are some strange things. Schools and NT's are labeled very differently, and things like the police department, it's not very obvious that it's supposed to be EHB (due to another one being right beside it). Any way of dealing with that? -- Buncy T GBP 13:10, 9 May 2006 (BST)
Ooops! I meant to add a legend list but wasn't able to. H = Hospital, NT = Necrotech, C = cemetery (added here just for... well, nothing really, hehe) S = school, PD = police department, and FD = fire department; the dark cyan boxes are those barricaded to EHB, the medium/lighter ones are ones to VS only. Following the Uniform Barricading Policy, schools, hospitals, NTs, PDs, and FDs have a "special" color since they're only barricaded up to VS, but in this case those that are listed as barricaded up to EHB are also dark cyan, with just a legend to node that they're that type of building. :) -- Angela 03:32, 10 May 2006 (BST)
Yes, I can see that. And I hope you understand why some buildings are marked as they are (dur to adjacent buildings, we didn't do it randomly). In any case, thanks for your effort. If you'd like to do any more cleaning up and place it on the page, I would have no objections. -- Buncy T GBP 05:36, 10 May 2006 (BST)
Alright, I will in a while. I'll be cross-checking a bit before I do so. :) -- Angela 06:05, 10 May 2006 (BST)
Hey, I made an edit that put all the space names in there, so when you put it up, take the building name codes from there wouldcha? It makes it easier to see what's goin on.
Another note: Maybe we should revert everything do the normal building colours (for resorce buildings) and indicate barricade levels in the names themselves. -- Buncy T GBP 22:10, 11 May 2006 (BST)
Hi Buncy, where's the edit? I got a bit confused there. I edited the template to include the barricade level colors in the template itself (as I think it would be better that way in the long run!). What exactly do you mean to propose? I like the idea of keeping the colors for the resource buildings and just putting the level in the space name, but wouldn't that stretch the cells some? And make the map a bit uneven, unless you mean to say that we'll put ALL the space/block names on the map. Hmm, not a bad idea. Is that what you meant? -- Angela 12:54, 14 May 2006 (BST)
Yes, that's what I meant for. I'll try and link the edit: [1] There. -- Buncy T GBP 14:49, 14 May 2006 (BST)
I have no problems with adding the actual building names save for the scrolling -- if you don't mind, then it's no problem with me. :) -- Angela 01:29, 25 May 2006 (BST)
Hey Bunce, just updated the actual page. :) -- Angela 05:56, 30 May 2006 (BST)
It looks good... and no scrolling! -- Buncy T GBP 13:04, 30 May 2006 (BST)
It scrolls for me :( I'm on a 1152x screen. But I'm glad enough it doesn't overlap the navpanel on the left! :D -- Angela 01:08, 31 May 2006 (BST)
