Recently you may have noticed myself and my men attacking your own in Crossman PD. I would like to take this opportunity to open dialog between our two groups. First, we are attacking your group for one purpose: to put your men to the test. Its been said that you truely do not know someone until you fight them, and by this means we hope to learn more about yourselves and your group. Secondly, this is a test. In this epidemic, Malton needs the best of its citizens. There is no room for fat groups living off the strained resources we have.
