Revive Requests

The situation in Kinch Heights is unstable, and delays in the revivification of the wanting undead present a minor issue due to the presence of brain-rotted hindrances.

In order to rehabilitate in a more efficient manner, B.A.C.H.Z. asks those who are ready to re-join the more animated populace to please leave and timestamp their IDs on this page, below this comment -- you can use four tildes (~~~~) to produce a timestamp. Doing so will give you priority, and a member of B.A.C.H.Z. will be able to treat you in one of our designated revive spots in great haste.

If you are unable to make a post on this page, we ask that you leave a request through the proper channels.

If you are adding a new revive request, please add your entry to the top of the list, and please leave a link to your in-game profile! Otherwise your request will be thrown with the older requests down into the deep Chasm of the Forgotten. Another note: non-B.A.C.H.Z. members should feel free to take credit for revives they have done, if only to put a face to other altruistic revivification workers in Kinch Heights.

Revive Request Format

Below is the preferred format of a revive request. Simply copy and paste it, then replace the ID number, victim name and message with your own. Help us help you! --Kenny Matthews W! 04:34, 28 March 2007 (BST)

Supply Requests

As portable generators have been made increasingly useful and radio transmitters have become available, the B.A.C.H.Z. understands that local groups and survivors may have need of such apparatus but have not the means to acquire them. Hence, the group invites players and/or groups to make requests for portable generators, fuel cans, or radio transmitters to leave and timestamp the name of the individual/group seeking one of these items and the coordinates of the location to which the said item should be delivered. The B.A.C.H.Z. cannot promise prompt service, but vows to do its best.

Maintenance

Radio transmitters and generators especially will be extremely useful. If the B.A.C.H.Z. engeges itself into delivering these goods, the Urban Guerillas offer to maintain these, at no cost. -Certified=InsaneUG 17:25, 18 June 2006 (BST)

If you are still up to this, I might consider working with a few partners to get a generator flow going. -Certified=InsaneUG 16:45, 21 August 2006 (BST)

Of and About Kinch Heights

Binoculars and Scouting

Since binoculars have become available, something that may prove to be very useful to any survivors residing in Kinch Heights would be a system for scouting out the area.

For the purposes of this system, Kinch Heights will be divided into 4 areas, [x=44,45] dividing east and west, and [y= 84,85] dividing north and south. Buildings in Kinch Heights that are suitable for Binoculars use:

Northwest Area

  • The Hartland Building [42,80]
  • The Glossop Building [41,81]
  • The Luscombe Building [41,82]
  • The Pouncy Building [42,83]
  • The Henning Hotel [41,84]
  • Canter Towers [40, 82]

Southwest Area

  • The Sharman Building [41,86]
  • Hendrich Towers [42,86]
  • The Grimley Motel [41,85]
  • The Ensor Motel [43,89]

Southeast Area

  • The Nevill Building [45,85]
  • The Serrell Hotel[48,89]

Northeast Area

  • Witt Towers [48,82]

Best case scenerio is for one of those buildings in each area are to be used for scouting, due to the binoculars range, and for those buildings to be equipped with radio transmitters, allowing a fast way to share info. However, that would require a lot of maintenance, so mobile phones can be used as a fallback plan. --Cheese Knight 21:47, 31 August 2006 (BST)

This would be alot of maintenance... It's probably better off leaving low-level necrotechs scanning zombies outside and then maybe broadcasting whatever Nevill picks up with it's necronet scan, since it's in the mid of the suburb. -Certified=InsaneUG 00:02, 1 September 2006 (BST)

These buildings probably don't need to be permanently manned, but it would complement scanning, especially in the case of brain rotters.--Cheese Knight 00:22, 1 September 2006 (BST)

Kinch Heights Barricade Policy

The Urban Guerillas have created a barricade policy for Kinch Heights and seeks to know your advice on it, since our forces availabe for Kinch Heights are too few to act against the established groups' wills. We also wish to help re-establish Kinch Height's past glory as the most un-eventful suburb, and offer our help. -Certified=InsaneUG

We are finally approaching a position in which we could enforce the barricade policy. However, we still lack the skilled labour for now. If we tag all the buildings with their appropriate barricade level, will you help us enforce the Kinch Heights Barricade Policy? -Certified=InsaneUG 05:22, 23 August 2006 (BST)

Communications

Greetings from Team America

Hello, my name is Gus Thomas, one of the leaders of Team America. I would like to compliment your group on your fine performance during my stay thus far. It is nice to see a group that seems to know what they are doing, easy kills get tiresome after awhile. But I must warn you, if you continue such outstanding hospitality my team may have to come in and party with you guys. We tend to get rough with survivors at our party's. If you are interested in our two groups meeting, feel free to post your location on my talk page and we will be pleased to join you. --Gus Thomas 16:54, 18 April 2008 (BST)

PK'er in your own group

To those valiantly fighting the zombie horde. I am a Bandit Queen from the nearby Brooksville and was recently rendered useless by a few zeds. Our RP was overrun so I came down here thinking that I could expect 1) a revive from fellow survivors 2) someone who actually believed in the Sacred Ground Policy. Unfortunately, one of your own (or someone claiming to be one of you own), jona888[1] decided to kill me while standing in the cemetary at 38, 73. Here is the screen shot of the kill[2]. Please deal with this member or pseudo-member accordingly, it makes all of us survivors look bad when someone is going around killing people who actually want to live. --ZeroNoLouise of the Bandit Queens

Dartside Whiners

Howdy guys, Dann, from The Dartside Whiners here, I was hoping we could form a alligiance, as we are looking to form allys outside of Dartside. Let me know by email:danfalzonATgmailDOTcom or on our [Dartside Whiners page]. Cheers. Dann 11:31, 6 April 2006 (BST)

Leasehold Services

Dear BACHZ, I've tried to contact you before, but to no avail. I represent Leasehold Services and we have our HQ next to yours. It can't have escaped your notice what is currently happening in Kinch Heights. If you would like to come together to help solve this problem, please contact me. --Cal 14:00, 25 April 2006 (BST)

Leasehold Services: We will gladly accept your offer. Especially in this time of dire need do we recognise the value of cooperation. --Kenny Matthews 17:29, 25 April 2006 (BST)
Thanks Kenny. If you email me, I can provide information that might benefit both of our groups. --Cal 16:54, 29 April 2006 (BST)

Defense of Kinch Heights

Kinch Heights needs a good centralized and organised defense. Our main defense against zombie hordes are our barricades and low population, and each time zombie hordes attack us we lose both because we could not warn the locals of targeted buildings. You can contact us at our forums if you want, or by thee wiki, but something has to be done. And by the way, your building has been targeted. The Kebby Way school will fall, most likely, in 2 days. Meanwhile, other safehouses will be raided and survivors will die, leaving us less people to maintain the barricades and shoot the zombies. -Certified=InsaneUG 17:21, 18 June 2006 (BST)

Dire news, to be sure. The B.A.C.H.Z. will certainly look into maintaining stronger communications with the Urban Guerillas. --Kenny Matthews 17:55, 18 June 2006 (BST)
I am certain people would resent using my group's forums as a generic to organise Kinch Heights. So how about doing a "coalition", though in more practical terms, a page where all the groups devoted to defending Kinch Heights can easely coordinate their efforts. Important points are organised revives, barricades, and danger watch. It would also help communications between groups, as some are acting without knowledge of certain others (apparently hivemind is helping around, though the only mention of them I saw was on their wiki after investigating on suspicous attacks. If PKers are truly returning, then organised revives are more important than ever. On that point, check Kinch Height's talk page, you'll have a more complete list, and you can put Stupid Shocker in bold as I saw him not that long ago as a zombie. -Certified=InsaneUG 02:15, 28 June 2006 (BST)
Mayhaps the Kinch Heights discussion page will suffice? We already held one or two suburb-wide discussions there. I don't suppose we would discuss anything we'd rather not let them know about...? --Kenny Matthews 05:52, 2 July 2006 (BST)

Hivemind

Dear Kenny Matthews,

Greetings to you and your fellow Bureau members from the members of the Hivemind! A number of our group recently benefitted from your assistance after a disastrous run-in with the Shining Ones in West Grayside. We would like to thank you for your kind support following this unfortunate event.

Although some of our members are planning to travel with Malton Tours once they have, um, reassembled their tour group, we see this part of Malton as our home base. We would certainly welcome an alliance with the B.A.C.H.Z. against the zombie infestation.

We suggest these initial areas of co-operation in Kinch heights:

  • We will assist you in the maintenance of the revivification points at [43, 85] and [45, 86], by using -- with your permission -- the existing revive request section of your web site[1].
  • Support of the Kinch Heights Barricade Policy[2] proposed by the Urban Guerillas.

We look forward to working with you to cleanse the zombie infection from these fair parts of the city.

The Button Brigade

Dear Kenny Matthews,

I represent the Button Brigade, a group currently operating inside Buttonville. Due to your help in reviving me, I have decided to extend the arm of friendship from the Button Brigade to B.A.C.H.Z. The ways we could help each other to start are:

  • Assistance in reviving zombies and defending at-risk buildings in the Kinch Heights area.
  • Cross-suburb offensive fronts- for example, some Brigade personal lending a hand to defend or kill zombie mobs.
  • Ensuring of openness of safehouses- we will help enforce the barricade policy proposed by the Urban Guerillas.

Your help would be appreciated greatly, and I owe B.A.C.H.Z one after all.

Yours, Rich22 (representing the Button Brigade)

Rich22:

You are too kind -- revivification is the least that we could do to help a fellow survivor. Regardless, B.A.C.H.Z. wholeheartedly welcomes your offer of aid and a formal alliance. As you no doubt already know, the survivors of Kinch Heights have been forced to selectively barricade buildings as safehouses and resource points, and many of these are quite close to bordering on Buttonville. As such, I agree that there is much we could do to help each other. Hopefully, we can set up some mode of communication that will adequately meet our needs.

Kenny Matthews

The Randoms

Checking in. Our groups have had not official communication in a long time, so just checking that all is well. We are currently engaging a small zombie horde in Williamsville. A scout reported that there is growing zombie activity in Kinch Heights. Are things well there? --ZaqWer 23:57, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

Are you guys still active? We are continuing to engage large numbers of zombies in Williamsville and Spicer Hills. We are concerned about the zombie numbers in Dartside as well. They are flowing over into Buttonville. How is Kinch Heights holding up? Are you helping to hold off the zombies in Dartside? --ZaqWer 05:39, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Currently the suburb in question is Kinch Heights but one response to this query will be all that is needed to protect your group link on all suburb pages. I know this is a random request but its for all groups regardless of size. Thank you. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:49, 18 July 2008 (BST)

Hello, I'm the co-leader of the AZS, a pro-survivor group settled in West Grayside. I wanted to tell you to be careful for pkers, because there are about 3-4 different groups (FoD, Browncoats etc.) near Kinch Heights that are making life difficult for any survivor. I also wanted to offer an alliance between our two groups. You can contact us on our Talk Page or on the Forum. Thanks --Janus Abernathy 16:04, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
