The Organization works as Death Cultists, Player Killers, and Zombies if most of Gatcombeton's Tactical Resource Points are not ruined, and as Survivors if most of Gatcombeton's Tactical Resource Points are ruined. Organization XIII's headquarters, also known as the Castle That Never Was, is located at Lamport Walk Police Department, Gatcombeton (24,13). Though the leadership of Organization XIII is extremely laxed, most Nobodies, as the members of Organization XIII are called, are encouraged to do whatever they want, even if it is the complete opposite of the Organization's current goals.
